why is tennessee -3 at indy ?

 can someone talk me outta this ? . i am leaning tennessee right now as the line looks so fishy

The Colts are really hot and they are playing at home. The line seems about right to me. That said, I'll roll with Tenn in this one. Check out my post on the game as I posted a full write-up.

Also Tenn.  backup d-linemen looked good last week against Pittsburgh.

The Colts are hot and Tenn has the 1 seed sewn up but Indy has the 5th seed clinched and are famous for resting players when they are in this situation.
 
Funny thing is i think the line would be exactly the same if the starters were going all game.

No offense, but there is no way in heck this line is Tenn -3 if all the starters were set to play. At best, Tenn is Pick at Indy in a normal game. This game is at least 3 points off because Indy is famous for resting players when games are meaningless, although I am not sure how one can get overly excited knowing Tennessee has already wrapped home home field and the game is meaningles to them also.

there is reason to believe that the Titans will take this game a little more seriously than the Colts will. With an off week to follow, Fisher has less to worry about on the injury front and wants to ensure that his regulars will remain sharp for Tennessee's postseason run. Dungy's history suggests he'll pull his main guys at the earliest time possible, and it's highly questionable as to whether an Indianapolis offense that probably won't have its best two running backs and Manning on the sidelines for most of the day will be able to do much against a Titans defense that proved last week that it's still pretty good, even at less than full strength.

Vince will definitely try to look good, whether he succeeds is a good question.  Peyton will play two series at most, I think, and the Colts defense is injured or resting.  I think the score listed above. 20-13 Titans is about right.  Maybe more like 27-13.  Dungy will rest all his main men, when the Colts won last week it defined this game. Hey, I have been wrong before but I will bet Tennessee a small bet this weekend.

You guys ALL KNOW what Dungy does during the preseason.  He's something like 4 wins and 7463 losses during the preseason.  Numbers are estimated, of course. 

Week 17 is more of the same.

Last week on Sirius radio on the NFL channel, Tony Dungy said he would be resting his starters "Most of the Game" on Sunday.
 
I wouldn't be looking for much offense out of the Colts this weekend.

Glad you said something Game because I have seen some pretty idiotic things on this site and this one ranks in the top 0.  If starters are in for a fll game this line is Indy minus 3 minimum and most likely a tad bit higher
