    @js4u:

    Completely agree on needing the lines to be tight. The theory behind the system is that the books actively try not to get middled and must set good tight lines.

    @codearmani

    Which is why this system probably won't work for the NBA. The NBA has notoriously bad 2H lines, which you would exploit differently. You can check my old blog and threads on my space to see. I tracked 57% on over 300 bets in 2 months before I burned out from watching and posting every night.

    the system is simple. atleast the totals part.

    if (openingtotal - halftimetotal - 2htotalline) > 10

    then play the system.

    if you get positive number from above forumal, play UNDER. else play OVER

    @js4u

    I agree that more research is always good. I don't know how much data you have, but I'm more curious about side vs o/u splits, as well as home/road splits on the sides. I think those things will differ greatly between NFL and NBA (where home court is much more significant)

    By the way, I was actually on the full game over off of another system, and took the 2H under per this system. I was in danger of getting middled! A bet that I would never have even thought of doing without this system. Thanks NJPorky!

    @js4U and NBA2H

    I totally agree that NFL is the best for this system for a couple of reasons...

    (1) NFL games are the games most heavily bet on thus the lines are the sharpest of all the sports plus the casinos have alot more money to be lost if they get middled

    (2) other sports have so many more game and so much less action, alot of times they just cut the full game lines in half and post them as the 2H lines...just way to many games and not enough action to make the sharp lines

    Also I understand the 13 point middles being better than the 10's and I have always known the bigger the middle the better the system works....Maybe we have to come up with a sliding grade system like 10+ is a 1 unit play, 13 + 2 units, 17+ is 3 units and so on and so forth. I really have never kept all the numbers for an entire season cause I have never really be able to gather all the info. This season with this thread and your help I'm keeping an excel spreadsheet with all the plays, scores, win/loss record and I will be able to see the middle numbers differences....I just think this can be a really solid system if fine tuned... we'll see I guess. Thanks again for all the help js4U as I will need you Sunday afternoon and evening....as my job calls me and It's really hard for me to post the plays from my phone while working

    @NBA2H

    I have done this myself a bunch of times to bail out of a bad full game bet....but that's part of the reason i found this system..I would have over 50.5 last night and at the half say to myself, I loved over before the game started and they only scored 13, how can I not love over 24 2H which is only 37 for the entire game? WRONG, many losing bets and that's how we are here today....

    @NBA2H

    Just a thought about using the system on NCAAF:

    How about crunching the numbers on higher profile games, like Top 25 match-ups? Lines always seem really crisp on these bigger games.

    It's just a suggestion. I don't really have the Excel skill to make this work, but it shouldn't be that hard if you have it already worked out.

    Thanks for all of the help. The system is great and I'm happy ya'll posted it.

    @ bipolarroller

    No it is not as good in ncaaf because of the much looser lines. Therefore it will not give the same percentage winnings, i guess.

    I don't know about top 25, but if it should work i guess the difference should be higher than 10 points. Maybe 13-15 a least.

    This post is just to track the sides for the top 25 teams since someone mentioned this.  I am not playing them just posting them.

    2/H NCAAF top 25 plays. (Sides only)

    Pittsburgh +7 (21 point differential)

    Florida State -10 (10 point differential)
