Ive been arrested six times, detained more, drive a Gen V Dodge Viper and lost my license on Crown West a couple years ago. I have seen so many knuckle dragging comments on social media it’s insane. I’ve rolled my windows up with every single window tinted. When it’s cold, HOT, raining, I’m going to be comfortable and not ruin my several hundred thousand dollar ride. The cops were way out of line and barely spoke English.
This was a classic case of pOleese brutality at its finest. The white cop comes up and then decides to drag him outta the car. Probably jealous he drives such a nice car and a main reason he got stopped to begin with as they couldn't have known he's black be4 hand due to tinted windows. No need for the aggressive force as well outside of the car forcing him to sit down when already cuffed. This crap goes on every single day unfortunately .

How about Tyreek obey officer commands and keep the window rolled down like they asked ? He's got tinted windows, and could've easily concealed a gun in that time frame when windows rolledback down. But It's all racist bullshit with you lefties until someone whacks you up on the side of the head with some common sense. All Tyreek had to was listen and follow the directions of the officers,............ but no. He had to be a brazen, tough black guy with officers.

Then again... he was dragged out of his car for "careless driving." A bit excessive. Tyreek was acting like a self-entitled asshole... but that is not a valid reason to drag him from his car and throw him on the ground. The cop was on a power trip... clearly! You could tell by the shit he was saying.

Curious why you keep saying “white cop” when you can’t clearly tell if that cop is white or not. They all seem hispanic from the audio of them speaking. Don’t make it about race when it’s a broader systematic issue in police departments including how the cops reacted in this situation. It’s also an issue with how people react to police like rolling their window up during a traffic stop or approaching police when they are not involved in the situation. They probably shouldn’t do those things. Don’t stoke the flames unnecessarily by blaming it on a “white cop” because clearly you have an agenda coming back 3x to mention it.

You seem to be under the impression that the law is to obey all officer commands or automatically get your individual rights and freedoms violated and while getting roughed up. That is not how law enforcement or the law operates buddy. Read a book and get off twitter. There is a reason an officer is on administrative leave and others being investigated as well.

I am sure police training never addressed what to do in situations when a driver rolls window up. Surprised they are not trained to simply open fire on the vehicle as soon as that happens. 
I think they were mostly Cuban cops if I am not mistaken. Definitely power tripping, angry cops though.
So according to you, if a driver rolls up tinted window and you cannot see if he is concealing a weapon, police training is to yank the door open forcefully and drag driver out of the car when he has a possible weapon that can harm the officers? This makes sense to you as a safe and effective policing strategy? Does not seem like a very bright approach to the situation. Unsurprising that you think this is the play though because it is nonsensical.
