As much as I agree with you Greyhound... we have gotten about 48+ total inches of snow this season already and not complaining the East Coast gets a foot and a half and the world is coming to and end.  Good Lord... it is only fricking snow people!  That being said, apparently over 100 car accidents on the way to the stadium yesterday.  If that many people have no clue how to drive on the white stuff then perhaps they should move the date of the game.  BOL!

FACT**The game was cancelled because Philly has the laziest most incompetent city workers in the world!!!! The average level of education for a Philly city worker is 7th grade and 95% of the city workers are ................ I'm sure you can figure it out.

I lived there for over 30 years and recently moved to the Boston area, while I basically hate everything about Boston (their teams, fans, and food), I have to say, they know how to handle a snow storm.  The Philly City workers don't show up for work when it snows.

It's weird, South Jersey and the Philly Suburbs don't seem to have that big of an issue with huge snow storms.......WONDER WHY???

Mayor  called state of emergency early, no vehicles allowed on roads, SEPTA virtually shut down.  And no, I'm not an Eagles fan.

The blame goes to Mayor Nutter for having No Nuts.

When the Phillies won the WS in 08 he was bitching about the city having to pay for a parade.

If they would only fix the highly corrupted city officials and services then the city would have plenty of money for things that bring joy and excitement to an otherwise gloomy city. I thank Goodness every day that I was lucky enough to move from Philly to the West Coast back in 94. Philly is just one big ghetto now... shame.

If Frank Rizzo was still alive he would be appalled at what the city has become.

I would rather DIE than be forced to go live back there. No Joke.

Was listening to an interview of Rendell and he mentioned that Chargers - Bengals playoff game where it was 60 below zero wind chill.    They played the game.

    He's absolutely right about this.

Greyhound; so you would risked injuries and possible deaths with the bad road conditions?? Especially after ppl has been drinking at the game??  I'm sure this has more of a safety and inconvenience issue than players not wanted to play in the weather...

2007 NFC Championship Game in Green Bay it was 30 fuckin below wind chill outside you little wussies.

The Eagles announced that today’s Philadelphia blizzard will make it impossible for the game to be played as scheduled — mostly because it would be impossible for fans in Philadelphia to get to the game safely.

Im pretty sure public safety is #1...its not safe for 70,000 ppl to be going in an out of a stadium in blizzard like conditons

I wonder how many of those people involved in the 100's of car accidents were pissed off with a wrecked car on a waisted trip out in the snow when they found out they did it for nothing!!!??

I guess that’s better than being known as a bunch of obnoxious white trash drunks that make asses of themselves and intentionally vomit on little children.
