Guys, reaching out to the covers community for some advice on a pick for my survivor pool. Just need to pick a winner here.

Here's what I'm considering:

NY JETS at NEW ENGLAND
BALTIMORE at HOUSTON
GREEN BAY at ST LOUIS
DETROIT at CHICAGO
WASH at NYG

Which would you pick?

Any other games you can pick from.  My general rules are:

1- Avoid divisional games whenever possible
2- Home teams are safer bets 

From that list I like Houston and GB the most, maybe GB.  But I'd try and save that one for a better game at home.

Thanks guys. I realize Baltimore is banged up with no Ray Lewis. Suggs doubtful. When I look at the NE -10.5 line, of course I'm going to look at that spread and think that may be the best play on the board for a straight up win, but as you pointed out, a divisional match is tough. NE, JETs, Buff are all going to be hungry this weekend.

New England is the best from that list, in my opinion.  What about Minnesota or Oakland?  They have the same chance of winning as these other teams on your list.

Texans, Bears, Patriots should all win s.u. obviously Pats are huge favs for a reason. i'd probably save the Pats for later myself. g.l. man

Chicago or New England have the two most lopsided advantages on paper.

Is it possible to ignore the NE-10.5 spread and by looking at their defence, there's a chance they choke like against Seattle? Any reason to worried about Sanchez and Tebow combo?

i'm not too worried about saving picks, there's just a few people left, I've already used: denver, niners, falcons.

this pool started in week 4 since there were so many upsets i won the first pool in 3 weeks heeh.

lol, meant to put Chi in there behind GB.  Love the home field advantage and we will be harassing Stafford all day.  Go with NE though.  Line is that way for a reason.  They have like a 10% chance of losing this game at home to the injured Jets squad.

NE is a big fav for a reason, but big upsets happen.  Rex has done pretty well with subpar teams against the hood in the past.  I'd save the Pats just in case.

I like GB and Houston.  I'm leary of the GMen.  They play better on the road, divisional game, RGIII factor...  I like the Skins as a dog this week that could win straight up.

The Patriots will be the largest bet of the weekend, mainly because it's one of the ONLY two games going on at 4pm, the other being the scrubfest out in Oakland. I like the Pats to win SU, but I'd avoid those big games if you know what I mean

I'm still alive in a survivor pool also and I don't like taking the chalk but I will for the 1st time this year   NE is the pick. They will not be 3-4 and the 
J-E-T-S suck as Jets will not be 4-3.
Can't play around with a road team 
I do like Houston also but non of the other teams you've mentioned.
Last week GB played like a team with it's back against the wall.  Houston is still an elite team.  Not 100% sold on Baltimore.

I agree NE will be a large bet, however there is just as much value in the Oakland game. raiders are not on the same 'scrub' level as Jax and should take care of business. whether or not people bet accordingly remains to be seen

I would take NE or Chicago and save GB for next weekend.  Chicago i like just a hair more than NE. they seem a little more solid overall.  NE has tended to turn things on when needed this year, chicago is very consistent and hasnt had to have so many combeack type games.

I don't agree with the value comment and don't understand where the value is in a battle of two 1-win teams.  I don't think books will see a lot of Raiders action, but good luck
