    Tidbit...

    Cowboys / 49ers is the only wildcard game that is not a regular season rematch.  2 of them played twice.

     If I am reading it correctly, Seattle had the 23rd most difficult schedule before playing the Cards, then moved to 9 after playing them?  They must more heavily weight recent games than early ones. And that must be why their rankings are so different because other sites weight all the games the same.

    @Aronrogers

     That trend could be 11-7 after this year so back to the means is why I don’t put much stock in these recent trends.

    I already liked Steelers anyway, but now Tyreek Hill was downgraded in practice today due to his heel injury

    Steelers now +13 -115

    Pretty sure most people have the Bills, TB and KC winning....and oddly enough, the Monday night game looks fairly unappealing (betting wise)....so LV/Cincy and Dallas/SF is what folks wanna know.....

    @vanzack

    This is a reminder to me why the Bills cancelled their "home" games (Bills in Toronto Series) a few years ago. The Bills players all looked up into stands and saw every NFL team jersey but their own!

    @vanzack

     an_cheers i shouldve posted a bit more about the 5 TD games dak had.  leaning more on qb/wr in complete sync with their routes, at home favorable refs always in dallas,

    this game may play out just like dallas/patriots game and i hope it does.  has OT written all over it.

    best of luck with your bets thumbs_up

    Lines holding fairly steady...

    Bills maybe went a tick up
    Bengals seem to be getting resistance going any lower than 5
    Eagles / Bucs in no mans land between 8.5 and 9.5 (this is a very easy move space for NFL games)
    Rams should stay at -3.5
    Chiefs holding at a cheap 13 probably because of teasers
    Slight money tick on the 3 for SF

    I would think a great prop would be Josh Allen OVER on whatever rushing yards they post.  I can't find

    anything probably until tomorrow.

    Anyone have this one yet?

    Thanks...C

    I am also long haul. And in the regular season I'll bet when I think there's an edge, whether it's one game or 10. The playoffs are different. There are no letdowns, no look-ahead or trap games. It's win or go home, and every matchup has two winning teams and few real edges. The more bets you make at playoff time the worse your odds, just my opinion.

     Don't forget that TJ Watt, Haden, and Highsmith did not play in the game against KC last month, three important starters!

    I think Darren Waller in his second week back should be way more impactful especially considering how well he did the first time around against the Bengals defense. Also this Bengals defense has regressed tremendously since their bye week.

    Raiders have been playing playoff football for about a month now. And are coming off a game in which they had to play 5 of the most intense quarters they have probably played all season. 3 of the last 5 games on the road as well.

    Bengals have left the state of Ohio ONCE in the last 7 weeks and rested much of their starters last week.

    Any thoughts on Raiders 1st half perhaps being the better play? This is really my only decision on the game. We can debate the X's and O's all we want but situationally, this benefits the Bengals over 4 quarters.

    Jimmy G is talented and can sling the ball. However, he has an issue that has frustrated the hell out of me. If he drops back and the pocket starts to collapse and he senses pressure, he panics and becomes a mess and will start moving his feet really quickly (not in a good way like scrambling to avoid defenders) almost like he is sprinting in place while at the same time his eyes and head are all over the place in a full blown panic as he holds the ball away out away from his body with 1 hand leaving him extremely vulnerable to getting the ball knocked out. Or sometimes in his moments of panic he will get rid of the ball (sometimes much earlier then necessary) without any idea where he is throwing it because of not being able to stay poised and focus at all to be able to either get it to a receiver in a spot where the pass would be either caught by one of his backs or receivers or simply be incomplete with no danger of an int. I would be happy if he would just throw it away in those situations so the only people with a chance of coming down with it are players/staff on the sidelines or even fans with good seats. And if he has a defender coming straight at him while he's got his arm out rapidly pumpfaking because he can't decide where to chuck it quick enough, he'll take the hit while his arm/ball is still away from his body and has to have a death grip on the ball or get hit in the most harmless way just to avoid the fumble... I was watching the niners and Packers with my brother (huge pack fan) earlier this year and was basically telling him pretty much what I just typed about Jimmy G, and just as I was finishing telling him, Jimmy G was back to pass with pressure coming and the ball out to the side with no idea what to do, he turns try and avoid getting drilled or thrown to the ground and decides to just chuck the ball kind of side arm while his body is facing the wrong way causing his blind pass to go backwards since he was facing the wrong way allowing the Packers defense to be able to easily pick up the ball and take it the other way and was a key factor in causing the niners to lose a Heartbreaker in a game they could/should have won.

    #2. (Much less to type) the niners secondary this year is bad and can be torched at multiple positions by multiple receivers.

    I will say I wouldn't be shocked to see them win the superbowl (although I don't see it for the reasons I listed) for the simple fact that they are capable of taking over/controlling the game with their rushing attack which is huge in the playoffs especially when the opposing quarterback on the opposite side that is kept off the field by a dominant run game is one who can pick apart a defense (especially with a suspect secondary) like a rodgers or brady... if Jimmy G doesn't turn the ball over tomorrow the niners will be headed to the divisional round.

    Saw your post about having the niners to win the super bowl (which I'd take right now if that price was available in a heartbeat.) So instead of retyping all of it I just copied my reply to a poster yesterday, I'm curious if you feel the same way about J.G. at all? As far as reason #2. Don't bother giving ur opionion. Anyone who watches football knows the niners secondary is a weak spot.

    I do have them to reach the Nfc championship at at + 980 made during season, I decided to jump on that instead of win the SB or NFC title. I actually like there chances of winning 2 playoff games, and if that happens I have a nice winner and can just root em on the rest of the way or take em straight if I see an edge in remaining game(s)

GL I am also long haul.

    If the more bets you make the worse your odds, then you shouldnt bet the playoffs at all.

    @dduukkee

     I have said it many many many times....  If the Niners do anything, it will be because they limit Garappolo.

    He is exactly what you describe.  There is no denying it.  Limit his ability to create turnovers and they can win.
