Hey PTB, it's the guy who u 9/10 looks at ur threads before making wagers.  I would have to respectfully disagree with you on the falcons.  It will be a close game and Philly will hand Atlanta it's first loss.  I usually follow Philly, texans (my home team and I said at the start of the season will do great), Giants and tampa bay. The SD loss was just bad luck although manning was good.  


Anyways good luck this week.  

Any take on Tampa bay?  I have a strong lean on josh freeman and +6 and the over 41.  Thank u in advance.

Some free advise.

Stop all the ridiculous teasers. They only get you in trouble why not bet a two or three team parlay? Same odds of winning but the payout is much higher. I play teasers sometimes but its rare. even parlays are a joke why do you think vegas gives such good odds to play them because it is hard to hit them. Play straight wagers its the safest way to get ahead and in your position its the only way. I have been in the hole before and you have to be careful to come back and teasers are reckless

Making plays on a monday? How about take some time and think about your plays. that is a personal decision. I dont make plays till later in the week.

 

My play of the week will be Redskins as of today +5. RG 3 should be able to score at will against the Pitt D. over is worth a look also

okay everybody here are my week 8 nfl picks i have read all of your threads not saying your wrong you all have a betting opinion and thats always great in the nfl to see who you all like.First off the eagles do have a good record coming off the bye but i do have to agree they are def not on the right track they had that game in the bag last week and let detroit come back and beat them vick is totally reversed for the curse with turnovers and the falcons defense will expose him sunday.atlanta destroyed san diego on the road and held them to 3 pts at home and beat them so u tell me?.The only undefeated team left in the NFL and still after sunday sorry eagles better luck next week!!

Now to my picks:Atlanta +2.5,minnesota -6.5 strong play at home they are very tough to beat at home just look at the san fran game!.green bay ats at home they will crush jacksonville especially with jones-drew out,new orleans +6.5 and over 54.5 the highest point total so far this year this game will be a shootout sunday night,tennessee -3.5 they are on a roll and chris johnson is playing good at the right time in the season,giants -1 on the road at dallas,washington +6.5 at pittsburgh RG3 too much for the steelers to be able to pull away in this one this game will be close,ny jets -3 at home they will continue to play good against division opponents the way they did at new england,and my last pick for week 8 are the new england patriots -7 in london against the rams too much offense for the rams good luck all this sunday!!.

Hey guys... this is my first post... new to the site, but I have visited frequently as I live in Las Vegas and cash out weekly at the sportsbook... NBA is usually my niche but I have had lots of LUCK with football this yr... I really like Miami, Atl, and NYG as a great 10pt teaser parlay... dont usually drop big big money but throwing down 50-100 should net a +250 profit.... btw... you guys are quite friendly with eachother...

2 things- I have to disagree with you on Reid, this is a proven angle that has paid off over the years. Go against him at your own risk. I have thought for years he is done in Philly but he is still there and they are playing tough.
Second- you state, undefeated team coming off a bye and getting points...........Good for me!
I would caution you that Vegas is not dumb. This line just fucking stinks. The Falcons should be favored by 3 as the Eagles are terrible this year.  I wonder about  the line and usually go with Vegas when lines are this odd.
I also thought, maybe , everyone is betting Reid after the bye and that explains the line. If that is the case, then the Reid angle is favored in and the Falcons are the bet.

Last year the Eagles stunk like sh*t, even worse than this year, and they beat the Cowboys 34-7 coming off of the bye. I'm not saying this is a sure thing or the GOY, only an idiot rookie bettor or a tout would say that, but I think my chances on covering in this situation are about 65%. Having said that I'm fully prepared to lose my bet and wouldn't be surprised if I did but I like my odds on this one!

Vegas odds makers know Reids record after the bye week & it is definitely inserted in this line............the line should be Falcons -3 but none the less, its not & the Falcons may be the biggest sucker bet of the week.................I played several other games & will place a 3 team 10 point teaser with the Eagles to back up my Falcons play for a 1/3 of the action.............lets see how this line moves before Sunday................if anyone can convince me other wise, I will buy back my bet on the Falcons & lose the juice.

But everyone & their mother is on the Eagles in this forum..............maybe they are right, i dont know...................

Thinking how could an undefeated team go into a shit philly and play a shit and inconsistent philly team and NOT be favoured is wrong. andy reid is perfect coming off of a bye.

atlanta has struggled to beat carolina, and just got taken to OT by oakland.  both teams, CAROLINA AND OAKLAND are fucken SHIT.

philly wins by 7-12 points..

the jets beat shit teams, and lose to good teams. miami is not good,.and they will never be good with tannehill.  Jets win and cover.

miami has played fucken NOBODY this year.... arizona is a fraud so dont say them.  The jets have played houston san fran and new england....all top teams.
