I personally suggest not giving that fake clown the air time he so crave, I wished him Happy Holidays and just typed out the spread and juice on his so call exchange site and he got super butt hurt, I believe you have said and shown enough about him and his capping skills, let him think who he think he is, water bed, yacht, fake vacations, betting big money, I just laugh!
