I think I'm .500 now on the season

Managed to win my big play on the ST:/Minny U39.5 as neither team could move the ball once the hit the other teams 25....

    Jets -1

    Detroit +13

    TB -1

    Tenn +5.5

    Wash pk

    Philly -6

    KC +5.5

    Houston +12

    Clev/Pitt O41

    Jags/Balt U48

    Oak/Minn O43.5

Minny will be able to run on the Raiders, and with Teddy B not wanting to take another hit, expect him to stay in the pocket and look downfield more....which is good news for the OVER as Oaklands pass defense aint so stellar (see A Bryant last week). On the flip side, Oakland actually has some receivers that can make plays down the field (unlike the Rams). This will cause Minny's safeties to stay back in pass protect mode, which will allow Murray some more room (assuming hes playing). Regardless, Carr isnt afraid to let the ball fly and he also seems to have a connection with his TE now...Crabtree and Cooper are very good targets....Dont see another fg game or how both teams dont reach atleast 21 apiece....

I love the NFL, but college football and college hoops are #1 A & B .....I simply dont get to watch as much NFL as I used to. MLB and NBA are long gone in my rearview as far as liking & watching. Betting is a totally different story....I think the pros are harder to cap for 2 reasons. The talent is similar from team to team, so while there may be advantages, they are minimal ( not like Baylor vs UCF for example) Second, the intangible are there, but less effective (if that makes sense). Motivation and home field advantage are pretty much non existant in the pros. How much do these grown men really care or are effected by travelling?

    fair enuff

obviously the spread is there to equalise any huge talent disparity and other large advantages but obviously as we all know it is a lot more difficult for books to keep on top of so many teams and games on a daily/weekly basis in college sports so i guess thats where you find many more "weak spots".

i find it incredible that anyone cannot be enthralled and amazed by wat goes on in the nba but to each their own.....i played and understand hoops better but never played gridiron so theres that........i guess you can definitely argue that college hoopers go all-out balls to the wall in a more obvious manner but theres sumthing to be said for watching the biggest, strongest, fastest, most skilled athletes.

    cheers for reply.

Loving your Jacksonville under wager. I think it might be the best total under play of the week. Good Luck.

You might want to reconsider your over on oak/minny.......its raining over here bro.....

What about the total in this game ? The Saints can't stop anybody, and are still capable of scoring in bunches (see NYG). Wash has given up points to every good offense, and the Saints have given up points to everybody, making even piss poor offenses look great. I think NO doesn't expect to be able to  shutdown Washington's defense, and I see 55-65 points scored. Any feelings on this side of the  game ?

Minny is a loss ,they won't hold the Raiders to Low 20s like they done to the NFC ,which is where there AtS record thrives. ,Bad matchup for the corners. Carr and Dante not much diffrense ,Obviously Peterson is great but Oak Run game has improved  Don't think Minny can score the 30 they would need to win in Oakland
