Patriots all the way in this one. Patriots are at their upmost best when everyone is doubting them. Heck whens the last time they were underdogs? People think this defense is the worst in football but now that Jerod Mayo is back they aren't that bad and still have a very good red zone defense. Mayo was the leading tackler for the Patriots all last year and early this year and his absense was surely missed but him being back is huge. This patriots defense shutout the Giants for the whole first half so enough of all the patriots D is garbage and the patriots are done talk. All the ESPN talk is questioning if the Patriots era is done. You really think the Patriots are gonna roll over and make ESPN's statements true? When are those analysts ever correct? This Patriots team is still elite and if it wasn't for a pass interference call last week they would have defeated the Giants and held them to 17 points. Haynesworth was cut this week and that should send a message to the players to buckle down and should add fear into the players that cuts are being made and their jobs are on the line. Have seen this happen many times before Patriots will sweep the Jets this sunday and the 'Patriots are done' talks will be over. Coach Belichick is 7-1 ATS as an underdog after losing their last game as a favorite. I absolutely love that the Patriots are the underdogs in this one.
Will be playing 10 units (1k) on the Patriots ML and will post my ticket when the line is up on my book.
