aside from the fact that you seemed to miss the point... pretty sure most books still have the spread on this game at 3...

The spread matter approximately 25% of the time. That is actually a lot of the time that it comes in to play.

These numbers are misleading since if the underdog wins outright then its an obvious cover, but if the favorite wins doesnt necessarily mean they will cover.
