Did you take the weather into account for the KC/JAX game? It will be in the 30's will 50% chance of snow showers. This JAX team has only played one real outdoor game in the elements this year - the TNF game at NYJ on 12/22/22 - which they won 19-3 but that was the Zach Wilson laying an egg game. JAX is a warm weather team and will be out of their comfort zone if its chillier than forecast and heavier than expected snow.
On a list of 1-100, I put this at 101. Not in terms of importance, but in terms of importance and ability to predict impact.

i was huge on Dallas vs Tampa
wasnt concerned about the grass surface last week due to the talent mismatch
but the home and resting team playing on the surface they were built for against Dak on the road for a 4th straight.....
anyway
assumed i would be fading purdy and the niners on their 11 game heater
and then vegas throws us a 4 point line (was expecting 6-7)

I'll have a big play on the UNDER in the KC game but the Jags just aren't going to go away and 9 points is a lot. Really don't like the Eagles I think they will find it hard to get the engine started even with a healthy Hurts. The Giants are rolling and covering weekly so it's hard not to back them as good as Philly is this year.

Don't the same concerns about the effect of pass rush pressure apply to Prescott as they do to Purdy? While he may always roll to the same side to get away from it, seems like pressure has forced Prescott into poor decisions and poor throws much of the season. And the Dallas secondary, particularly Diggs, tends to be boom or bust in my opinion.
van is a great capper, one of the best on covers without a doubt. Saying the niners only put up 14 points is asinine tho IMO. Could they lose or only win by 3 and not cover? Sure. Will they only score 14 points?? No chance. With you on jax and philly tho, still thinking over the Cinci bills game. Good luck

sure, I have lost some big ones in the past, and will lose some in the future. That said, I guarantee the 49ers will score more than 14 points Sunday. I will come back to this thread after the game regardless of the score, and you can rip me if I’m wrong. I won’t be wrong in this instance though.
To those that are asking about my score prediction for the cowboys niners game...
I score prediction is just a byproduct of trying to come up with a spread winner. It is not intended to be an indicator of an over-under, a team over under, whether the score will be odd or even, or anything of the sort my 100% focus is on picking a spread winner by a certain amount.
So you can take from my post that I have the cowboys winning by 7: nothing more. Doesn't mean I like the under, doesn't mean I like San Francisco under, doesn't mean I think Dallas will end on an odd score and San Francisco on an even score. It's just a median representation of how I've generally feel the game will go but the important takeaway is the spread at the winner.
The same people that were gummin Brady off, are down there AGAIN, lookin up at the entire 49ers team. It's like that meme, w/ the chick on the couch and a Niners logo posted over her head. This game is gonna be a great game- everyone so quick to crown "the best", it's ridiculous. The line is 'low', because 'Vegas knows', or whatever everyone always says.
I'm holding for +4.5 or +5, w/ all this action on the Niners.
