Why buy a point?
Why do you think +4.5 -125 is better than +3.5 -108?

@vanzack
Senor Vanzack -124 not -125 anyways I see a 4 point win tonight and for that reason I will pay 16 cents for the number I like. The Reason for not taking Ravens is I love Home Dogs and The Raiders could win tonight. I am playing with House Money tonight by the way

This is mind boggling. Are you serious? The exact reason you shop for a lower number when taking the favorite, is why he bought the extra point when betting the dog. It’s the NFL, teams win by 4 points all the time..

@ActionMagnet
ya i mentioned that in vans other thread, due to the point scoring structure of the NFL 3 and 4 point outcomes are both very common and could be the difference between a W and a L
also if stretched out over 100 plays, winning 3-4 extra times from buying points could be the difference in profit or loss....even though you are paying some extra juice you are not losing your entire wager
didnt pan out exactly like that in this scenario but millions of bettors have been burned by 0.5 or 1 point, happens all the time
2 sides to every coin
