At 1st was leaning on taking the Eagles, until I noticed that Dallas plays against the Eagles very well the 1st match up of the year, but the 2nd game of the year they seem to let up.  Leaning toward taking the Boys -6.5 I see them getting some revenge from the last match they had.  Terrel Owens especially wants revenge.  Cowboys are supposed to be the Patriots team from last year.  Anyway haven't pulled the trigger yet.  Any input on this idea??

I also believe the bigger and faster of the Offensive lines will be an important factor against the blitz that the Eagles like so much.  Dallas has a great O-Line, they will give Romo the time he needs tonight.  Dallas does have a running attack vs Eagles do not.  If they can control McNad this will be all Dallas by 10.

take dallas ,  good points about o line stunning d  for eagles with blitzes.  like cowboys by 10 or more also

that is very true about DAL starting strong at the 1st games between these 2 teams...very good input...now what am i gonna do....hmmm..

Okay I am locked in with Dallas -6.5.   

Now I am leaning on the under 46 looks good.

See the score being 28 -13

rush has a good play on the under on his thread, and yeah everybody is on the eagles thats why im on big d , locked in d -6.5 and lovin it

Dallas will deliver tonight.  Just don't know when they will stop scoring.  Could be scoring fest little scared of the under, might hold off.

i'm not worried about Dallas scoring, I'm worried about there huge-ego'd secondary (pacman). it's just a tough one because Philly's coming off of a blow out, however it was against the Rams, so how far do we take there improvement? We know Dallas's weapons, but have failed to really go big on spotlight games like tonight. I think it's going to take a really convincing post from a reputable member of the site to convince me, because i'm talking myself in circles about this one.

The Cowboys' offense is loaded with weapons, but Owens is the key to their system. He's targeted 9.4 times per game, and nearly a quarter of those passes are thrown 15 or more yards downfield. When the Cowboys routed the Eagles 38-17 in Week 9 last season, Owens caught 10 passes for 174 yards. Eagles defensive coordinator Jim Johnson didn't blitz much in that contest; he dropped extra defenders into zones and tried to roll the coverage to stop Owens. The plan backfired, and Owens found plenty of soft spots to exploit.

I read this off ESPN.  I believe the trend for Dallas winning big at the 1st of the season will continue.

Now with the O-line they will contain the blitz the Eagles like to offer.  You will see alot of dump passes to T.O. and others.  Eagles will have to do alot of adjusting to keep up with the game plan tonight.
