    The offensive player drove his shoulder right into the chest area near the heart of Hamlin. He jolted pretty aggressively as the tackle took him to the ground. Hamlin then stood up very quickly and almost immediately collapsed like a tree backwards into the ground. Very likely could be heavy blunt force chest trauma that caused cardiac arrest. It’s speculation but highly possible based on what occurred.

    Dr. Jonathan Reiner, a cardiologist, has described the similar opinion as you have said in your thread on the Damar Hamlin's collapse.

    Prayer to Mr. Hamlin!

    I'm going to speculate that he "may"  have had something else going on w him (a heart condition,  enlarged heart, etc.) that went undetected before tonight's tragedy.   Time will tell...

    I watched the replay a few times.. It's possible,  but I find it very odd that the impact to the chest area was solely responsible for the cardiac arrest.   This occurs dozens of times every Sunday w/o issue.

    there's really no need to speculate if you're not an absolute expert in this field.

    all players go through physicals to catch these types of heart ailments/situations.  the most likely scenario is the one I just read about and that the OPs referred to, coming from doctors in this field.....commotio cordis.  blunt force to the heart can cause it to stop.  it's more common in sports where players have less protection like baseball and lacrosse.  it's also why in professional sports they have doctors, AEDs and ambulances on site during games.

    we wont know for sure until more information comes out.

    @Rush51

     Some what agree....there are tens of thousands of hits in the nfl every year,

    you think this would have occurred multiple times over the years before last night

    I have seen much harder hits than that. He must of got hit perfectly in the chest.

    1. Commotio cordis is extremely rare and only happens to teenagers/young adults. Also, he stood up immediately after the hit so this rules this possibility out.

    2. He's wearing pads and it was a standard hit.

    3. NFL players have physicals done so anything previously wrong with his heart either went unnoticed which is extremely unlikely or ignored.

    4. He was triple vaxxed and recently boosted within the last 2 weeks. Likely died from side effects from it.

    He's dead and likely died on the field. They're just keeping his corpse warm long enough for this whole thing to blow over. NFL can't have a player dying on the field from the vaxx. That's just bad business.

     I have a question. Were you born a jackass, or is it something that you've had to master throughout your life?

     NFL is entertainment.  The spectacle was part of the show.  Rigged to try to get KC to the Super Bowl.
    NFL owes Mahomes for letting Brady win a ring.

    This is exactly what I thought as well. Vaxx side effects are extremely likely. I hear about my passengers on a daily basis having severe sides from the jab. Think about it the media will never ever say its the vaxx. To much money involved in an evil world

    More than likely a case of getting hit perfectly in the chest AT the right (or actually the WRONG) time.

    During the heart-beating cycle, it has to be precisely during the upward part of the T cycle (not even the flat or downward part of this one, of five parts, to the whole process)-- there are five parts to the cycle.  You will see this in baseball, hockey, etc. with a sudden baseball or puck hit to the heart area DURING this exact part of the heartbeat cycle.  It is only for a very, very small amount of time when this can happen.  Very, very rare, but with blunt force at the EXACT possible moment it can happen.

    Vaccine side effects are far less rare than somebody having a heart attack from a routine hit with full pads on, which doesn't happen, no matter how much they try to program you into thinking it does, or its comio corodis or whatever bull shit term they came up with that everyone is now an expert on overnight. There is a 0% chance that the media says this has anything to do with the jabs. They already have usefull idiots all over social media talking about Commie Corditis to spin the narrative.

    But it's ok for people like you, who have no medical training whatsoever, to come out and immediately start blaming a vaccine that you don't even know for sure he took? No wonder Trump loves the poorly educated.

    @FKtheTOUTERS

     Can we at least say that with the huge increase in events like this - maybe we should investigate whether the “vaccine” has anything to do with it? I think to say no to that is insanity. In a vacuum, it is the only variable present on a mass level, that didn’t exist when this was much rarer. My take is that people who are vaxxed would greatly benefit from this information. Unfortunately people are so sensitive and their egos are more important to them than their lives when it comes to politics. Can we not remove politics from this and just state that it appears that the vax could be a contributing factor and independently investigate it? Why protect Pfizer and allow this to continue IF it is the case? If NOT, great, we can all sleep better. The knee jerk reaction to protect the reputation of the vax is so strange to me.
