In the last eight meetings, this matchup has gone over only once.  There's a reason for that.  Overs need two very important qualities. First, both teams have to be pass happy (clock runs fast in nfl) and both teams need motivation to play defense.  Titans need this more than Jags, and I believe the D will show up...........
