by who, joe flacco?? One of the best signs for the patriots chances to was paying attention to how the d played last game. They played really well and had as close to there full up on since early in the season. Chung, Spikes being back heal;thy is much bigger than most think. I do think the points are a bit high but the Brady vs Flacco match up is a is the biggest factor in this game and its not even close whos much better there. BB will scheme to control rice and Flacco will have to win the game..good luck on that...and the Balt D can be pased on easily. The pats Oline is one of the best in the NFL and Balts D line is over rated as best esp when ti comes to rushing the passer. if Brady gets the time Yates did last week the game could get ugly as TB is on the very top of his game right now. Balt has NO answers for Gronk or Hernandez nor Welker for that matter.. this game will eb played in the air and that a huge advantage for the Pats..that my 2 cents on this game  Pats 28-20

    Adding:

    Ravens 1st half +4.5 (-105)  $2,100 to win $2,000

Ravens ML full game (+275)  $2,000 to win $5,500

    Ravens +7.5 (-110)  (local line)  $5,500 to win $5,000

Went over the roll limit but the Ravens will simply cover & possibly win SU...................

Well considering they got lit up by Fitzpatrick and Grossman. Its not out of the realm of possibility that Flacco lights them up.

Also don't judge how the Pats D looked against a run first offense who was down big right out of the gates. Fools gold

Well considering they got lit up by Fitzpatrick and Grossman. Its not out of the realm of possibility that Flacco lights them up.

Also don't judge how the Pats D looked against a run first offense who was down big right out of the gates. Fools gold

    ITT:
    • people don't realize what Chung and Spikes mean
    • people think blitzing Brady is how you beat him (best QB this year against the blitz I believe), gotta get pressure with 4, and I don't think the Ravens can do that consistently
    • people look at the game in 2009 like it has bearing on this game
    • people don't realize the Ravens have faced one good offense all year and they got lit up (only top 10 offense is San Diego), Houston offense w/o Johnson or w/o Schaub is not that good
    • Pat's haven't beat a team all year with a winning record, they beat 5 8-8 teams: Broncos twice, Jets twice, Chargers, Philly (w VY tho), Oakland

Stop f saying that even if the Pats win there is no way they can cover. Of course they can f cover, don't be a retard. The Ravens could win this game, but they can also get blown off the field. Even if you don't think that could happen (which it can), Ravens driving down three late, pick six game over Pats cover. Yes it is fucking possible.

    "The Ravens will simply cover..."

You really think it will be that easy?

I got the key to the game on Brady's protection in the pocket. Give home time and he will eat any D alive. Get consistent pressure and it could be a long day.

Yeah, they had some bad weeks.

And the Ravens haven't? They allowed 27 points to the Cardinals and 26 to the Titans. Lost to the Jaguars and Seahawks.

Everyone seems to simply point to the Pats shortcomings and ignore the Ravens.

The Ravens have struggled greatly on the road. Their offense is mediocre at best. Both teams have issues.

The Patriots defense isn't as bad as the numbers suggest. The Packers and Patriots are rated as the 2 worst defenses mainly because they don't have good running games. They don't waste much time and put points on the board fast. Because of this their time of possession is down. Obviously this will cause them to gain more yards and allow more yards.

I picked Ravens +9 but I'm not confident enough to throw down on it. I think Ravens ML is a huge mistake.

The Pats will put up points. It'll be on the Ravens offense to keep up.

Could go either way, I'm predicting Pats by 4-7.

You might not believe it, but I think that the Patriots will not cover 7.5 HC - I am with you on this one. But I am on Patriots ML and there is no doubt who has a better offense - yes, they will stop Brady once, twice or whatever the fuck they stop him, but with those receivers he has, the Patriots will score at least 25-28 points. I don't see how Flacco, who should've lost against the Texans will top that, and I think that this game will be 3-4 points margin for the Patriots. The over 50.5 is a gift in my opinion, I think 28-25 Patriots or something like this. Go Pats!

Tim Tebow was always terrible. I never changed my stance on that. It was no defensive feat shutting down the Denver offense.

And about the San Francisco - Giants game - there is no way Eli loses this one after destroying the Packers. It might be the last season fairy tale, but for the Giants...They will play at the Superbowl and hopefully it will be against the Patriots, but this team is looking gooood right now and this odds - man, where do bookies get those?

So true about Flacco. Can't win on the road. Pats are a different team this year compared to last defeat when they had Randy Moss. Two tightends for Pats will hurt Ravens and Brady will pick apart Ravens with Reed being hurt. Bottomline is Flacco sucks!

What poker hand are you talking about?????

Ravens have live off their DEFENSE.....and they rely on their DEFENSE to score pts, give them short field position by creating turnovers.....it's been their BREAD and BUTTER for the L5yrs or so and that has NOT change.

hey PRIME i got a trend/stat for you or your friend to look up since you are big on these things.....WHATS THE RECORD OF TEAMS SU AND ATS IN THE SUPERBOWL THAT COVERED AS FAVS/OR WON OUTRIGHT AS PUPS...OR DID A COMBINATION OF BOTH THROUGHT ENTIRE PLAYOFFS?.....when you reasearch this stat,i think u will find the answer/trend very interesting,lol.....by the way it was very rare when 2 teams met in super bowl in which both teams covered/won outright all the way through playoffs before that super bowl meeting!.....
after u look up these stats post the record in your forum here!!

using just this stat/trend by itself here is how the superbowl would turn out from the afc/nfc champ results.....

NE BEATS BALT AND COVERS - 7,=SF BEATS NYG BUT DONT COVER!ne wins and covers super bowl over sf

NE BEATS BALT BUT DONT COVER - 7,=SF WINS AND COVERS OR NYG WIN OUTRIGHT!sf/nyg would win outright as pups in super bowl over pats

BALT WINS OUTRIGHT @NE,=SF WINS AND COVERS/OR NYG WIN OUTRIGHT!sf/nyg win super bowl over balt

so basically if NEW ENGLAND wins but dont cover game #1 this sunday, than the winner of nfc game #2 already won the super bowl!!

im sure i will have a lot of doubters but just go look up my stat/trend and than you tell me!lol
