This is my Dream Match up, I waited all year long for a real team to come in and kick the Donkeys in their teeth all year, they seem to get lucky at the very end and win these games. The luck stops here, Donkys have no business even playing in the big game. if NE and Pitts wasnt so banged up, one of those teams would be playing the Panthers. Bottom line, im going big -4 Hee HAw

The Panthers are a complete team and will be, by far, the best team Denver has faced this season. Denver will, once again, ask their D to win another game.

If Denver gets down by two scores, how is Peyton going to bring them back? If I was betting Denver, I would worry about that.

i have been comparing stats all week, yes Denver has the #1 defense.... however the Panthers are not that far down the list in all categories... Now for the Offense, Carolina is at the top in most categories, and Denver is near the bottom.... this game should be a given, only issue is with the refs, will the NFL give this SB to Peyton? thats the real question

He&#x27;s Peyton Manning.  He did it against Pittsburgh.Not to say he&#x27;ll do it again, but they have a passing offense, but clearly it would be no issue to be down 10If the Panthers were down 10, that&#x27;s a bigger issue.  Newton is not a pocket passer like Manning.

If this was a seven game series panthers probably win in 5 or 6 games, but it is not. Broncos have been very lucky this year, there is no reason they can&#x27;t be lucky and win one more game they probably shouldn&#x27;t win.  Don&#x27;t be surprised if broncos win another close game.
