Mahomes is 3-1 regular season and 1-0 playoffs vs Jackson. I'd say Chiefs are about the same and Ravens slightly worse than the two teams that met in the AFC championship game. Not sure how well the Ravens will be able to pound the rock with Henry with two new lightly regarded starters at both OG spots.

Chiefs start a rookie 2nd rounder at LT but he has faired well in the preseason. Ravens lose OBJ and Clowney and did not replace them with anyone of note. Ravens WR position is Flowers and a bunch of journeymen and guys happy to make a 53 man roster. Can't see the Chiefs losing this one at home.

Prediction - Chiefs 24, Ravens 17

Also can't believe Rashee Rice isn't suspended but if he's full go he's a stud. Have to somewhat disregard Juju's season last year with the Pats as they were just so awful on offense and at QB. He was productive two seasons ago with the Chiefs. Marquise Brown being out hurts a bit, but rookie Worthy does the same thing as a field stretcher. Watson, Hardman and Skyy Moore bring a lot more than the Ravens 2nd string WRs Wallace, Walker and Harty, who? Exactly.

Why would he be suspended when he doesn't even yet have a criminal court date scheduled ??  

Juju put up some good numbers with Mahomes and company a few years ago. I expect him to produce for the Chiefs. 

Both had 67.2 % completion percentage.  Mahomes had 505 more passing yards.  Passing TD were 27/24 Mahomes.  Interceptions were 15/14 Jackson (more).  Lamar's rating was 102.7 vs. Mahomes 92.6.  Then there is a rush which Jackson had 432 more.  Rushing TD were 5/0 Jackson.

I would call the QB a push but concede that it would be imprudent to bet against Mahomes, GL on the play.

 Yep. Rice’s lawyer should be able to drag it out long enough that he makes it through the season without a suspension.  

Ravens lost their defensive coordinator to the Seahawks and lost their linebacker Patrick Queen to trade. Both their Offensive line and defense are not the same team. Teams that win Week 1 make it to the playoffs more than teams that lose Week 1.

Goodell doesn't necessarily worry about the legal system. Zeke Elliott got 6 games for breaking no laws going against the recommendation of the league investigator. :(

Predictions were fairly accurate, didn't think the KC defense would allow Lamar to run all over the place like that though, they really couldn't contain him very well, fortunate to give up only 20 points.

Ravens definitely have issues with their new OL starters, and Lamar has to get better on intermediate to deep passes but this is not a team you want to bet against every week.
