The Miami Dolphins have released running back Raheem Mostert after three seasons with the team.

Mostert signed with the Dolphins in 2022

He made the Pro Bowl after rushing for a career-high 1,012 yards and 18 touchdowns in 2023.

The undrafted running back led the NFL with 21 total touchdowns that year, and now they toss him away.

Veteran quarterback Andy Dalton has been instrumental in the development of Bryce Young, and Tuesday the Carolina Panthers made sure that relationship will continue.

Carolina re-signed Dalton, 37, to a two-year contract, the team announced.

A source told ESPN's Adam Schefter the contract is worth $8 million, includes $6 million guaranteed and has a max value of $10 million.

The American sports betting industry posted a record $13.71 billion in 2024 revenue, up from 2023's record of $11.04 billion, according to the American Gaming Association's annual report issued Wednesday.

It would seem Americans enjoy sports betting.

The AGA, during its state of the industry call, said legal sportsbooks took nearly $150 billion worth of bets, a 22.2% increase from 2023!
