When will people realize that they only think the NBA is fixed when they lose? Coincidence? NO, any opinions?

On the contrary, let me word this correctly. YOUR FUCKING RETARDED if you think sports are fixed. Players are millionaires. Their not just going to throw games for moeny. They want to win. Have you ever asked yourself what it would take to stage 60 minutes of basketball?

I'm more than willing to listen to opposing opinions, but when you immediately called me stupid im going to comment back, jackass. If you think sports are fixed then how do you go about betting? Is your strategy to bet the team that they are fixing the game for? People and their ridiculous ideas. Anything can happen in the NBA, which means back door covers.

Just amazes me that the total goes up after the lakers dominated on D in game one...the Nuggets knew they had to run in game one..so they have the ability to run when they want? why can't million dollar athletes with a clear matchup advantage just play the same style with the same intensity in game 2..total nitemare , I guess the Nuggets just gave them game one so they could make the adjustment to play faster in game two. BS,,the Nuggets only hope in every game is to run and gun

Has there ever been evidence that a PLAYER in the NBA has been involved with point shaving or rigging a game or something?

Lakers should been favored by 9 points with their obvious size advantage..the line of 5- was fools gold...the line obviously tripped up joe public..the low line was a red flag to potential laker bettors..it's gambling...not saying it was fixed but it sure is a head scratcher to say the least

LeBron crowded him all the way out to the 3 and bodied him up. It was just low percentage, meaningless shot that happened to go in. You people call it a moose.

If JR had the ability to hit that shot at any given time, you don't think he would be trying to average 40 points a night?

The Lakers missed the cover on a lucky offensive tip in by Faried. If that was scripted, thats pretty amazing. Remember, Gallo took an off balance 3 at the end, and what happens if the Lakers secure that rebound? All of you crybabies would be posting moneybag signs and saying THANK YOU GALLO! Instead, its FIX, and BS, and the NBA is rigged! Its funny after every game, there will always be people who say each and every game is rigged, no matter which side youre on. FYI, I lost out on 4 grand on that last tip in too, but I hedged at halftime for a 5-8 pt middle. Shit happens. The world is not out to get YOU. Vegas is not out to get YOU.

If you truly believe the game is rigged, and you continue to place bets. That would only mean you're confident in your abilities to pick the right side of a fixed game, right?

I just don't understand it sometimes how people who keep saying the game is fixed, yet continue to place bets knowing beforehand that the games are fixed. You know in your heart that the game will be rigged to end one way, yet you continue to bet hoping to be on the right side. Thats called a 50/50 coinflip.

The only league JR could average 50 is the Chinese league. You don't think a idiot gunner like JR wants badly to prove he's one of the best players in the NBA? You think he's just throwing up bricks on purpose so the Knicks don't cover?? You think he likes analysts calling him one of the stupidest players in the league?

Its just like that DET CLE game when Irving hit a layup for the Cavs cover only for Ben Gordon to hit a lucky halfcourt shot at the buzzer for the moose. And it was amazing how the masses came out to cry about that game being rigged.......as if Ben Gordon can hit halfcourt shots in his sleep.

every game probably has some degree of corruptness, I think to just assume how difficult it is to fix that makes it impossible is naive

I think we shouldn't underestimate how greedy individuals are, sure these players are making tons of money but they ALWAYS want more, just look at the super wealthy like Bill Gates he has tons of money but if he loses half a million or so profit a year he's probably stressing it when that's nothing to what he has.

Or you who lost a couple thousand, your just like them albeit on a smaller scale not millions or billions.

You must be a moron to think that there isn't a huge level of manipulation of some of the sporting games.

You do know that, former high officiating refs/coaches/etc... have been convicted of rigging games right?  Tim Donahue, Luciano Moggi just to name a few.

also to the OP, who gives a rats ass to complain when they win many people don't give a damn about ANYTHING as long as it doesn't negatively affect them.

its greed for money, I bet most of the people here if offered some insane deal like 1 million to shoot a person dead with no chance you'll be found out would do it, what's their probable justification, I really desperately need the money for blah blah blah, or people who kidnap people to become sex workers  why? for the money corrupt corrupt but hey its cause
