Wanted to get there with an elimination game under but with refs calling 50+ free throws a game and coaches complaining publicly with no resolution how do you do it? Sure we may get shooting regression but you are at a disadvantage before you even handicap the game.

Gm7 home teams that lost Gm6 and won Gm5: 

Finals :2-0 SU/ATS

Current Round :1-3 SU/ATS 

R2:  11-7 SU/8-10 ATS 

R1: 15-2 SU/10-7 ATS

Overall: 29-12 SU/21-20 ATS

Overall with line>=-4:  4-8 SU/ATS

R1 skews the data with weaker competition. I usually do searches not including the first round. So I don't see anything special here.

Last query shows there's not many examples with a smaller spread like this game. I searched after round 1 win a team gets blown out by 20+ they are 0-4 SU/ATS next game at home. Once again small sample but showing rare territory.
