Looking to see if anyone has dealt with something similar. I had an offshore sportsbook account with around $3,000 in it (funded via crypto). After a recent site transfer/update, I was told my account couldn’t be accessed.
I’ve contacted support multiple times through live chat and email, but they’re only telling me to wait for a response via email with no timeline or updates. At this point, I haven’t been able to access my account or confirm the status of my balance.
I do have full transaction records and can verify everything if needed. Just trying to understand if anyone has run into this type of situation before and how it was resolved.
Any insight would be appreciated.

Therein lies the rub wagering with the offshores. Less juice, more betting options and no paper trail are all advantages, but... We have no recourse if an issue such as yours arises. The so called gambling oversight commissions are a joke and how does one take legal action against these offshores? Personally, I prefer them even with those limitations, versus FD, DK, etc. I only used the major ones such as Bookmaker and Betonline, never had an issue. USA legal books are easy to deposit/withdraw but that to me is their only benefit. GL

I didn't even know people still used offshore.. they're shady AF. Back in the 00s lots of them would just fold overnight and nobody could get their money or do anything about it.

It’s JazzSports—this came up after a recent 'site transfer' where I was told my account couldn’t be accessed, so just trying to see if anyone else has run into something similar with them lately.
