@umgmu&#xA; And share what&#x2019;s for lunch too. I had an early yogurt then mid morning bowl of granola and later lunch. Might go for a pepper jack cheeseburger and sprite w chips. That burger is much better in person than I described.&#xA;i am in Texas.&#xA;umgu. @macwestie

@Logic123&#xA; We have 5 Guys  as a burger chain that started in the DMV.&#xA;You have Whataburger.&#xA;Lunch was bowl of brown rice, burger pilaf topped with  grilled chicken, pickled onions, pickled turnips, chickpeas, tomatoes, purple cabbage and &#xB9;Tahini sauce.&#xA;Unsweetened green tea.

Tonight it's a Jerk marinated French cut pork chop w/ sweet Thai chili dip sauce on a bed of steamed Jasmine rice mixed with/ cream style corn and sweet baby peas & a fried egg sunny side up and a glass of Italian red Zinfandel wine . . . Bon appetit! my friend an_popcorn
