Pacers @ Knicks G1 ECF

Rematch of last year's ECSF. Both teams are playing well but Pacers are better by a small margin. Strong teams especially with playoff EXP generally hit hard in the 1st half of Game 1's knowing that they need to be locked in to have a shot at stealing G1 and setting the tone in the series, especially when coming off extended rest/preparation (they have had 3 days more rest than the Knicks). Meanwhile, home teams have a tendency to under-perform due to comfort and less urgency. Knicks aren't a very strong team but they aren't that weak either; strong enough to come back in the second half but weak enough that it's likely the don't give a championship effort in the 1st half here, especially off a 35 point win. Close game most likely with either team winning but Pacers will be on form in the 1st half.

Pacers came out blazing as expected, but so did the Knicks. Towns and Payne were uncharacteristically hot and we just barely missed. Amazing game heading into OT wow

Game of the year for sure, was amazing. 

NYK is going to be mentally shattered after that loss.

Pacers ATS 

As expected, all Pacers. 

2-1 

Knicks are 5-1 on the road in this playoffs. This will be huge factor psychologically, combined with the 0-2 hole. This is a good Knicks team that is proving they can hang and giving a tough fight vs the Pacers. I don't see them crumbling here and going down 0-3. This is a do or die game for them, and they know it.

Nice comeback win from NYK. They showed a lot of heart as expected.

3-1 

Wolves are 5-1 at home in playoffs, and OKC is 3-3 on the road, but coming off a massive stomp and against a superior team on OKC, we back OKC here. OKC has shown they can win on the road and they know that they need this game. They almost took two against Denver on the road, and coming off a blowout it's a great spot to back them. They're the better team on paper and in the eye test, and should take game 4.

Nice win by OKC as expected.

Passed on yesterday's Pacers game. 

Twolves are much much better at home vs away, and they almost stole one from OKC. But they went 2-1 and 2-0 on the road in the previous rounds. They are 0-2 here. These players know that you cannot win a series without winning an away game, and with their backs against the wall in a must win game, they are going to come out with their best effort. OKC with a 3-1 lead will be comfortable and we've seen that they can get too comfortable like they did in game 3 (likely related to MVP celebrations). OKC is a much better team but the wolves have shown they can put up a fight. In game 1 and 2 of the series, they had strong first halves before getting crushed in the second. They should have their best 1h performance here.
