Dwayne Casey is clearly trying to develop some chemistry with his young talent so I’m not gonna say the Pistons are tanking intentionally but their lineup sure looks like a tanking lineup. The Magic dropped two on the road prior to their win in Orlando. After nailing a three point shot at the buzzer I’m sure the Magic’s next mission is to get this road thing in tact. This is a tough trip for sure but the momentum is there for the Magic and I like what I see from Anthony Cole and Bacon. Wagner stepped in the mix after being picked up and he always brings that energy since his days in Washington. The Cavs let one road victory slip in Cleveland and got destroyed in Memphis. Cole is looking like a true point guard however with the game slowing down for him and making the right plays. Look for the Magic to add another road win to their record here.

Pelicans ML

I fully expect the Pelicans to answer the bell here for the third time at home in front of their home crowd. This isn’t the Rockets. Lonzo definitely has the ability to force Curry into some tough shots. Green will probably take up duties on Zion and try to get under his skin but I’ve watched this guy plenty. He doesn’t break and stays locked in on what he does most effectively. It’s gonna be a good battle but when Zion gets going Draymond might have to get out the way. The Pelicans have the bigs to take advantage of the boards so controlling the glass and forcing Curry into some tough shots should be enough to win this game. But Pelicans victories against 2 of the better 3 came in OT and by an average of 3 points.

Sixers vs Bulls Over 211.5(If Vuc or Lavine is a go play is a go.)

Leaning Over in this matchup if Vuc is a go or Vuc and Lavine are good to go. Markannen missed the first matchup in Philly which Embiid played which went under a set total of 227 but totaling 212. The total today is a half a point shy of that number at 211.5 with Markannen in the picture on the Bulls home floor. I have a gut feeling the Bulls haven’t packed it in just yet and could give the Pacers and Wiz are hard time locking a spot in the playoffs or play in tournament. The Bulls have three very winnable games up next and I expect they will give everything they have in this game to push the total over the mark. Vuc is a pure scorer but his defense is shaky so keeping up with the Sixers or taking an early lead by knocking down shots early in this game will be crucial to this over and I fully expect the Bulls to help us get this win here. The Sixers can be shaky on the road as well as you saw in Texas.

Wrong team favored here imo. Knicks on b2b but Knicks had 4 days rest prior to matchup with Houston and an entire 4th quarter to rest against the Rockets after building a 30 point lead. I expect this Knicks defense to suffocate the Grizzlies offense tonight and get the victory.
