New Orleans is on a 12-2 ATS run, INCLUDING EIGHT IN A ROW. The bettors haven't caught up to the fact that now that the Pelicans are healthy, they are very good. This team is the opposite of tanking (in part because they get the better of their own pick or tanking Milwaukee). Anyway, NO is on a 10-4 SU run, just beat the Clippers back-to-back and is at home with rest. Pels are 24-13 ATS at home. Cleveland is overrated by bettors and has an awful ATS record of 28-42. Cleve is in that late season zombie zone: they are already in the playoffs and have no reason to empty their energy tanks in games like this.
