Man I just think if Bulls can get up all 4 qtrs for Lakers after that massive home win against Celtics in the Rose jersey retirement then good on them. They needed a last second 3 to beat a Boston team that was in their 3rd game in 5 nights and on tail end of a b2b after double OT at Brooklyn. Celtics were 32% from 3 and only went to the FT line 9 yes 9 times and almost won! This feels to me like a game where Lakers get cookin early and often. Plus those 2 matchups between these teams last year were ridiculous especially that last game where Bulls scored 45 in 4th and hit a half court buzzer beater. Lakers should be motivated, Luka should go off and we got my guy Foster on the whistle to get the Lakers going the right way on this Grammy trip. 127-121 Lakers

this feels like the game Warriors completely lay down like they did vs OKC a few weeks ago. Curry and Draymond will most likely sit. Kerr will pull starters early. If you listened to Kerr postgame after yesterday’s win he might fold the tents let Minny get a feel good win for the fans and have his Ws team board the plane to Utah. I’m sure warriors wanted a split before these 2 games and now they can be the gentlemen here.

I feel like something is going on here behind the scenes in Warriors/Wolves. I'm on Wolves already. I think this is a gentleman's agreement bt/w Kerr and Finch to get the city some entertainment during this difficult time in Minnesota. Kerr referenced the crowd was really down yesterday b/c of all the drama. He said it was the weirdest/strangest situation he'd been in as a Coach b/c of the mood. I have to believe he has zero problem with a loss here and I also have to believe that both coaches gave each other the nod for an entertaining, high scoring game to get the crowd involved and cheering for a couple hours. If you follow me, you remember when I talked about ref Buchert and how he got his chance at Crew Chiew in the Cavs/Orl game a few days ago and how he needed to get a solid home team win as he was coming off a Spurs low home loss in his prior crew chief attempt 2 weeks prior. He shit the bed, Orl came out flat and those were my 2 losses that day. Now guess who is on the lead whistle tonight? My guy Buchert. He atones for those last 2 low home scoring games if he wants to keep getting the crew chief nod. Don't sleep on SW.
over 109.5 1st half (get the home crowd in it from the jump)
Wolves TT over 116.5 (keep the scoring going until the horn)

Great instincts were on display here. Pretty much nailed it. Last season the Lakers suffered their worst home loss of the season at the hands of the Bulls, 146-115. Just five days later, they got their chance for revenge and played much better, but in the end they famously blew a 115-110 lead with only 12 seconds to go and went down to defeat at the buzzer after a heroic Josh Giddey fling from midcourt, 119-117. It was more than reasonable to believe that this Lakers team was still stewing about this and were going to show up in Chicago last night with their game faces ON, and they did.
I wasn't even pondering any of this until after I opened this thread yesterday. I wound up unloading on the Lakers, betting a bunch on the first half moneyline -115. I parlayed some of that to the T-Wolves -5 in the first half. Both easy winners. Thank you, StraightWagers.
