ChatGPT is solid for general analysis but keep in mind it does not have real time odds or line data. So when it "optimizes" your parlay it is working off whatever you feed it, not actual market prices.
For comparing live odds across books and finding where the value actually sits, you need something connected to the sportsbook feeds. I have been using Juice for that. It pulls odds from FanDuel, DraftKings, BetMGM and runs EV calculations on different bet types. Different use case than a chatbot but they complement each other pretty well.
Free tools have their place for sure. Just know the limitations.
