How does anyone bet on sports now that they proved NBA players were shaving points for their player props

Seriously? They proved how easy it was for players to cheat the game and you believe refs and the league aren't doing the same because they punished the players? Understand they will always punish cheating players but you will never touch the NBA or refs who are also in on the cheating. I'm positive they could release evidence that proves every sport is rigged and no one would stop betting.

I haven't bet on a game in about 2 or 3 months and I'm not sure I ever will again.

Cause gamblers are degenerates and need that rush Only reason i still bet on games, is because i know its not a major thing happening.

I do enjoy making a post like this and watching people post about how it could never be rigged yet all sorts of conspiracy theories are being proven as the truth now a days but people still seem to think that when this amount of money is at stake they are going to leave it to chance. 

Hope you arent referring to my post, cause i said its not happening as much as you want to believe. If it was sports books would stop taking bets.  Remember its the sports that the majority of the time are the ones who catch the dirty players and refs.

A very few players trying to make a few extra bucks for friends mostly......risking jail and their careers.....is rare rare rare......not many that dumb......stop betting prop bets if u are so worried about it......but its a small issue

 I don't believe it is 100% but there are examples everywhere. For instance I had Luca getting a triple double last night vs. the Clips. Only had 9 boards so I lost. He only had 2 in the first half. He can turn it on or off at any point in the game. He is that good.

Exactly If NBA players dont help their boys make some money, then those players are gonna have to foot the bill for everything, when their out.  These guys go out in big groups. 

These game fixes are being done players and refs themselves.  This isnt some giant organization out there telling coaches , refs and players what to do.

Just stop and think about the logistics and money that would be needed to pull off rigged games every single day.  Like i keep saying theres roughly 25k sports books around the world and they arent owned by one person or one group. So ikf you think sports books are rigging , which sports book is doing the rigging and why wouldnt the 24,999 other books be pissed if they found out another book was rigging games and might be costing them money. If some of the people who keep buying into this stuff, would just sit in an empty room and think about hard it would be to be pulled off everyday. And now that some players are getting caught, these outlaw players are gonna think hard if the peanuts they make doing this is worth it.

Lets just break one thing  down.  Most sports books have an idea of which teams bettors are gonna bet on, but they dont know exactly what their handle is gonna be until tip off. Maybe they needed one side all day, but now its flipped to the other side. So do the books make a call down to the speaker in the locker room and reverse the so called rig script, lolll. Does the sports book have a giant call center, with people having direct contact with players and refs all thru out the game, with all of them wearing ear pieces to get their direction. I could just see it Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is dribbling the ball down court and getting ready to take a shot and suddenly he hears a voice in his ear piece telling him not to make the shot, cause they just took a big bet on him making the next basket. Come on guys, common sense.  I concede there is always gonna be players and refs that do dirty things, thats just human nature. I already know the conspiracy guys will jump on me, saying i have no idea what am talking about, thats fine. Maybe my posts can still convince some to sit down and realize how hard this would be to pull off every single day.

My best advice for anybody that thinks its all rigged, is to quit betting. Your wasting your time and money away, on top of the mental strss you are putting on yourselvespeace_5

Like a post i wrote earlier today, even if you rigged guys are right about games being rigged(which your not). What are you gonna do about it? Are you gonna get the nba and books shut down. You gain nothing from worrying about this. Sports books let bettors make bets, because they know in the long run they will always win and because they know the games arent scripted out like wrestling matches. Thats why some books will take bets on the fake wrestling matches, but only for very very very small dollars. They arent dummies.

Last thing, when books post lines remember they have done the majority of work for us bettors. They have all the stats, info etc etc to have the best guess of the teams abilities. Now its our job, to try find something they might have missed. 3-5 percent of all gambler in the world actually win, that should tell you how hard this betting stuff is.
