Do the Spurs overtake the Thunder

To possibly set up a Lakers/Spurs West Finals? If Spurs tie OKC they win the tiebreaker and get the #1 seed which could set up a Spurs/Nuggets 2nd round which would be off the chain then the winner could face the Lakers. Those ratings would be crazy. I think it may happen as OKC could stumble just slightly to make it all happen. 

Then maybe just maybe we get the coveted Lakers/Celtics Finals that everyone has wanted for years.

Hi SW, I think OKC will fall only if matched up against Denver or Spurs. That would be what the Lakers would want to happen to have a shot.

Highly unlikely Lakers make the Finals. Depending who they play in 1st round they have a better chance to lose in the 1st round then make the Finals.

Of the 10 teams with the best records at the break, Lakers were the only team gave up over 51% shooting efficiency to opps,  dead last of top10 records.

And only 2 teams gave up over 50%, Nuggets being the other. Finished 9th of top 10 teams trailing only the Fakers.

Spurs they were not top 5. But they have improved the most after the break. Could be by end of season.

Lakers are not an overly good rebounding team nor do they out-shoot opps by much in shooting efficiency. 

It be highly unlikely such a team makes the finals.

Spurs can still play lakers in 2nd round, then OKC in west finals which still brought good views in the games they play this season I believe?
