Very good performance Band was solid and I like how he let all the members take the spotlight at different times. There were a few tunes I wasn't familiar with but it didn't matter."Us and Them" brought the house down. They don't make music like this anymore so its a treat to see musicians like Roger Waters Still waiting for a Dire Straits reunion tour

Glad to hear you enjoyed it. He does a couple of his own songs during the 1st set (Perfect sense.......Leaving Beirut) so if you haven't heard his solo albums or seen "RW: Live in the Flesh" you probably wouldn't have heard these before. "Pigs on the wing" & "Sheep" are ,obviously, off the "Animals" CD which, for reasons I can't comprehend, isn't all that renowned.
The gal that sang "Great gig in the sky" was awesome. The crowd cheered so much during the lulls in the song that I wasn't sure she could finish it.
I'm a huge PF fan so I'm biased, but I think you'll remember this show for a long time.

I am going to see Wish You Were Here at the Nautica in Cleveland on July the 28th. If you haven't seen this band yet you are truly missing out. The vocals are right on as is the music. I've seen them about twenty or twenty five times and they never disappoint. With the fuckers at Ticketmaster charging the outrageous fees the ticket price is around $22 for gen admin but that is still a deal for the treat to the senses that you will get. They are that good. If you can go to this event, dont miss it.

Seems there are dozens of PF tribute bands out there. I'd like to see a couple of them just for shits & giggles. I can't imagine paying "only" $22 for a concert these days sounds like a bargain for that kind of show.
There is a place called "Laserium" here in Seattle that does laser light shows to different music.............PF being one of them. Cool shows................
