The Monuments Men (2014) based on the true story of the WWII Monuments, Fine Arts, and Archives program, tasked with finding and saving pieces of art and other culturally important items before their destruction by Hitler during World War II. was kind of disappointing considering the cast of George Clooney, Matt Damon, Bill Murray, John Goodman and Cate Blanchett. it is OK but definately NOT an Indiana Jones movie and rather "plodding". plays again almost daily on Starz channels Wednesday October 22nd thru Wednesday October 29th. somewhat interesting for the history BUT only rate it
Sid and Nancy (1986) bio-movie about Sex Pistols bassist Sid Vicious played by Gary Oldman and his girlfriend Nancy Spungen played by Chloe Webb. early "tour de force" by Oldman and well acted by all involved. a "must see" for punk rock and esp Pistols fans. plays again on MGM movie channel Sunday October 26th @ 7:00 pm pacific time. rate it

Cocaine Cowboys: Reloaded:
Very similar to the first cocaine cowboys documentary but with more interviews and more graphic details on the many murders commited. If you liked the first one then you should like this one also.
From IMDB
In the 1980s, ruthless Colombian cocaine barons invaded Miami with a brand of violence unseen in this country since Prohibition-era Chicago. Cocaine Cowboys is the true story of how Miami became the drug, murder and cash capital of the United States. But it isn't the whole story - Pulling from hundreds of hours of additional interviews and recently uncovered archival news footage, Cocaine Cowboys has been RELOADED: packed with footage and stories that have never been told about Griselda Blanco, the Medellín Cartel, and Miami's Cocaine Wars, with firsthand accounts by hit man Jorge 'Rivi' Ayala, cocaine trafficker Jon Roberts, smuggler Mickey Munday, and others. Cocaine Cowboys: Reloaded recreates Miami's Cocaine Wars like you've never experienced it.

Stonehearst Asylum
I wasn t expecting much but this one was deceptively good.
Overused set up for thriller but it has good plot and lots of twists.
Ending was great as well. Reminded me a Usual Suspect.
8 out 10 for me. Kate Beckinsale, Ben Kingsley, Limited release in Theater now.
From IMdb
A recent medical school grad who takes a position at a mental institution soon finds himself taken with one of his colleagues -- though he has no initial idea of a recent, horrifying staffing change.
