Donnie Brasco
Johnny Depp infiltrates the mob. I thought the movie started out a little slow but once it got going the tension and drama had me hooked. I dont know why these movie people think that Italians say "fughedabout it" every 5 seconds. We don't. I wouldnt go out and buy the DVD but as a rental or if its on one night its a solid movie to watch

Happy New Year!
Dan In Real Life - With Steve Carrell. About what I expected. Decent drama/comedy I guess if you're into that sort of thing. Don't expect 40-Year-Old Virgin kind of funny.
The Lookout - Good movie. After a car accident a guy's brain doesn't work like it used to. He becomes a reluctant participant in a bank robbery.

Religulous decent link for movie
Bill Maher cracks me up.If you're a Jesus Lover, you may want to skip this movie, you'll be embarrassed. Basically, he he points out how silly ( using your word NJDevils ) all Religions are by just asking questions.

Valkyrie link
Not bad, the last 20 minutes were good. It was interesting to watch
the history of the story play out. Not a lot of action, but worth a look.

Pineapple Express - I thought this was funny, especially the "belt scene" but in my opinion it was still a little disappointing. It's definitely worth a watch though.
Righteous Kill - I expected better from a movie with two legends like that but it wasn't a bad movie. I'm just happy I didn't pay for it in theaters.

saw "Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back" (2001) last weekend on Showtime. pretty funny move IF your into the whole "Clerks" style lowlife short segment and sight gag humor. good camio by the late great George Carlin early on in the film and the beginning with Jay and Bob as babies is REALLY funny.
although I don't do weed I would probably rate it a top stoner flick.
on Showtime again this Saturday (1-17). it's worth a DVR shot.

Monster's Ball
- Loved it. Halle Berry is just smokin, the plot is great, the acting superb. I liked it so much, I can actually tolerate the fact that crap dragon Puff Daddy is in it (Seriously, who calls themselves "P Diddy" and who are the fools that go around worshipping everything Sean John does?
)
