No Direction Home

Directed by Martin Scorcese, its about the life and career of Bob Dylan. It has footage from live concerts, old and new interviews with Dylan, interviews with Dylans old friends, interviews with artists influenced by Dylan and artists who influenced Dylan themselves, plus a lot of interesting footage and things you may not have known. It was absolutely phenominal. Everyone Dylan fan needs to se it.

just saw 21. "based on a true story" they were from MIT and play blackjack...thats it...rest is made up but it was good

i thought the ending was kind of dopey. but overall it was a good movie. if i had been in vegas and seen it i would have been at the tables 5 minutes after i got out of the theater.

learned not to split 8s vs a 10... just a good movie, it will keep a degenerate like many of us entertained for 2 hours

Alien Vs Predator: Requiem

Nothing special. Some decent effects but that's about it.

Rocky Balboa - Not bad. Could have been a lot worse. Definitely wouldn't own or even rent it, but it's for free on Showtime On Demand.

We Are Marshall - I'd rather watch Rocky again.

Evan Almighty - I think I like this one better than Bruce Almighty, gets a 3.5/5 in my book.

Cloverfield - Don't know that it lived up to all the hype but I enjoyed it.

Wristcutters

A dark comedy that takes place in an afterlife filled with people who have killed themselves.

I like it...but this is the type of crazy movie I usually rent.

i hated Smokin Aces

saw Evan Almighty last night...plot was pretty dumb, and really no reason for anything, but it had some funny moments so id say it was

Kill Bill 1 and 2

My GF is not into kung-fu - karate movies, but we watch Pulp Fiction last month (that was her first time for this movie and just loved it) and the same week Planet terror and death Proof were on tv too and she just want to watch Tarantino's movies.

So I got her that double Bill, and got Reservoir Dogs line up for her for this weekend.

Semi-Pro - It was ok. Seems like Will Farrel hasn't been the same since the Old School and Anchorman days. I still give it a though

Doomsday

Not very good, basically a Mad Max/ Escape From NY rip-off. If you are in the mood for some mindless killing, it's OK for that. The main chick is hot, so that was a plus. I would give it 5 out of 10.
