Saw it last week and thought it was pretty good. 
Of course, with any movie like this, you are at the writers' mercy w/r/t to what is portrayed at "fact," 
but I think most of this is probably accurate. She comes accross as uninformed, but not stupid. quirky, but not mean. The scene where they're trying to get her up to speed on global politics, and then realize they need to get her up to speed on, well, the globe, is pretty damn funny. McCain certainly gets a favorable portryal, but I would generally think that phony Republicans who run box campaigns and lose to Global Socialists are going to get pretty good treatment from Hollywood. 
In all, I give it three Solyndras.
