Hands down has to be Dumb and Dumber. Probably one of the few movies that keeps me laughing my ass off most of the movie. Actually, that would make a good forum title to put all of the SAF's in at Covers.

Yeah probably Dumb and Dumber   with Cam Neely as sea bass
 
recently the 1st Ace Ventura has been on a lot and that was pretty funny also

i liked me myself and irene, lots of funny lines and situations, overally it wasnt that good of a movie but it had its moments.

Cable Guy is a hilarious movie. I liked the scene where they are playing password and "Chip Douglas" whispers the clues into Matthew Broderick's characters ear.

Definately Dumb & Dumber for comedy.

Eternal Sunshine is an incredible movie and Carrey is amazing in it. Definately his best 'serious' movie.
