the next 3 seem good!
I think the most important thing is, does it really feel like we're only 3 episodes from the end? Where is the rising, heightened action? Does anyone feel tense and on the edge of your seats? We don't even know who the 'big bad' IS for a cat and mouse game. It feels like the show is dragging itself over the finish line rather than to cheering crowds.

Masuka's daughter must find some evidence as the lab intern that implicates Dexter in something...only thing I can think of to have this seemingly otherwise meaningless tangential plotline.....season has been all over the place..this series used to leave me with that "holy garbage" feeling after each episode..(like Breaking Bad still does I might add)..however feel like that was eons ago....definitely am ready for it being over....and speaking of over, anyone heard the rumblings of a spinoff centered around Deb? can't imagine anyone watching that tbh

165 yards is an idiot
Anyone who remotely thinks this was a good ending has not been watching this show for the past 7 seasons... This 8th season was GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And the ending solidified how bad it truly was...
This show had potential to be a really good but they just ended it so pathetically...... there was no tension at all... All these new charters they brought in this season were so worthless I don't know where to begin...
Lastly...... No one other than deb or anyone else alive knew dexters secret.... That is fuckking insane... It would have been great it Capt. Matthews had continued to pursue dexter for being the bay harbor butcher and exposed him towards the end and everyone else found out who he really was but NOPE......................
Extremely disappointed because I actually had high hopes for this season..It just seems like they could have ended this show a season after the killed off rita or something.. there was no need for 3 or 4 extra seasons that were completely useless.....

Yeah that finale was horrendous...
The problem I had with this last season was that like I said earlier
If it ends without Quinn, Masuka and Batista knowing exactly what Dexter is then I will be beyond disappointed.
But on top of that there were so many USELESS characters this season, its mind boggling..
This character here was SO USELESS other than here tits of course but, aside from that............

As was the black cop who got sergeant over quinn and even harrison.....
Bringing hannah back was so incredibly dumb............

should and likely will go down as one of worst series finales of all time....a logger trucker in hiding...and for what??...as noted above...no one alive knows friggin anything...really
couldn't believe it...other then the deb burial at sea and killing the awful bad guy in the neck w a pen....the entire episode was as lame as it gets
