Amazing Race

Any fans of this show? Anyone interested in making this a weekly/daily discussion for all seasons from 1-17?

I don't watch it that often, but always enjoy it when I do.  Hardest detour tasks EVER last night.

This season has seemed slower than all the others.  Last night's episode picked up the pace some w/ harder challenges.

Love the Amazing Race. We even gamble on it at work by drawing names. I have Gary & Mallory Father and Daughter this year. 

What was up with the shoe and sock smelling session between the doctors and home shopping host

Next show looks pretty good with circus acts going on.

                

Tough tasks last night with circus!!!!What was up with Nick and Vicki not doing speed bump? Both womens teams are looking good and will be tough to beat...Will this be first TAR where all womens team wins? Sad to see Michael and Kevin elimated but they were penalized 2 times using cab when they shouldnt have.

 Nick and Vicki did not face a Speed Bump in Leg 7, despite coming in last place in a non-elimination leg. Following the broadcast of the Leg 7 episode, Nick announced on his personal Facebook profile that their Speed Bump in Leg 7 was waived in compensation for a production error at the Classical Music Detour option in Leg 6; the official had made an erroneous call that caused Nick and Vicki to spend more time at the task than they needed to.

Tough to see Gary and Mallory go!!!!Fell too far behind and got lost...Jimmag you had father daughter going to win alsoPretty cool to see Chad and Steph tie knot also. Team Vegas is not as dumb as they seem......Jill and Thomas got penalized by paying cabbie too lead them to pit stop.Good show as I though challenges were pretty good.

Also with Chad and Step oversleeping But they came up golden winning stage!!!What way to end with trip to Belize perfect honeymoon. By far this is best show on TV blows out any game...NFL/NBA/NHL/MLB/NCAA. Def most nervewracking show also. Next Week should be good with Double U turn...What team will get U turned?

What a show last night!!!Double U turn!!!!!Sucks Chad and Steph got eliminated!!!All womens teams are looking tough.Challenges were sick. Bricks on head. Fixing bike/Food on boat. Nick and Vicki shouldve used Uturn on Doctors. Womens team are good but getting too cocky and over their heads Soooooo hope either dont win. Watch out for Team Vegas as well as Tomas and Jill.. As long as one of those two win im cool with that.

Non elimination show tonight....Challenges were tought with buffet challenge with finding fake food..Claire puking...Also Nick and Vicki got spare of elimination but his attitude was not good at all  for wanting to quit and telling Vicki why shes wasting her time during boat challange with parakeets....Amazing race has to do something about team member/members wanting to quit. As Phil was pretty quiet in telling Nick/Vicki this is none elimination race. I thought he shoulve told them they have to finish challenge no matter how long it will take. Not too much drama tonight as I knew as much as most of America knew this was non elimination tonight. One of womens team as much as I hate to say it will end up winning I think..Great show tonight....Great challenges too

Computer at home took a dump and was in Vegas for most of last week.

Loved to watch Brook shaking it when they went into the restaurant. She is soooooooo funny.

 to Nick for bad attitude and harsh words towards Vicki. Do not want them to win and with a 6 hour penalty and speed bump to complete there is not much chance of victory for them.

The lady doctors are cleaning up with first place finishes.Trips to Belize, Costa Rica & Rio plus $5,000.00 cash. Just a feeling I think Jill & Thomas will win but, can't count out both lady teams.

 

Looks like history could be made as one of womens teams looks to take hope TAR for first ever time!!!!Nick and Vicki couldnt over some 6 hour penalty as missing flight didnt help out either as it was too much to overcome. Clair and Brook wouldve won stage if not for taking cab. Jill and Thomas took home first place as they clearly were best team on this stage. Kinda easy challanges as it didnt seem to hard. Dr's are tough also as you said Jimmag along with shoppers. I hope Thomas and Jill can pull out final but have feeling one of womens team will end up winning....Just a hunch. Good show tonight as always.

Think your hunch is correct and an all lady team will cross the line first. I am changing my pick to the doctor's Nat and Kat to win it all. They always seem to bounce back and they have the smarts to get it done.

How about sending them to South Korea and making them drive to the North Korean border area  now that's what I call an Amazing Race (to get the hell out of there fast as you can).

Road block was pretty cool when they found the correct headband on the soldier practicing taekwondo and then to watch one break the board to reveal the next clue.

Sunday's final show should be good. It ends in Los Angeles,Ca and with these three strong teams should be a very competative finish. Can't wait to see.

Doctors were to good as they deserved to make history in becoming first all womens team to win The Amazing Race....It was good season but seemed slower then other seasons...but not as cut throat as seasons past. Home shoppers finished stromg as they took home 2nd and Thomas and Jill took home 3rd as challange in finding internet proved to be their downfall. Good season.....Looking forward to Feb 20 for TAR Allstars...Im sure that will be great with great teams from seasons 12-17.

Yes, the Doctors did it. They got in the lead and never lost it.

Can't wait for the next show Unfinished Business. They are bringing back some of the top finishers. I like the Cowboys, the Goth couple Kynt and Vixsin and of course Brook & Claire.

Should be Amazing

Very good show, i watched the last 4 episodes and really enjoyed them. I watched this show the first couple seasons it was on but kinda faded out of it, but will def be watching next season starting in FEB

Guy Amazing Race Unfinished business starts tomorrow. Im sooooo looking forward to TAR now that football is over!!! Im liking all the teams but I think the cowboys/Goths and Flight Time and Big Easy will be tought to beat...Also like Jamie and Cara..all the teams are great for season 18 which im sure will make this season one to remember.

Great opening 1st show of Amazing Race as new twists to show with finding clues in desert as it picks up right where it left off!!!Tough challenges with going into shark tank and finding clues under water also using medallian to spell out clue before going on saleboat.Gary and Mallory are looking good and cowboys are in big trouble....Will cowboys get puzzle right and get back into race? Will Gary and Makkory hold on to first? Or will another team come out of nowwhere......Cant wait till Next Sunday!!!

Great first show, but some on this group are totally annoying.

What a episode!!!Great comeback by cowboys to be in top 3!!!! Sad to see amanda and Chris go but ouble Uturn was to much to overcome..Also totaly funny to see all dressed as kangeroos!!!Gary/Mallory/Ron/Christina are timebomb ready to explode!!!!Im glad they are still on show as next week could be really awesome to see how Ron and Mallory get along. Should be awesome next week as Show has taken off right from start. Also Phil seems to be more agressive toward contestents. Which I think is good!!! Cant wait till next week. 

Yea, HOW BOUT THEM COWBOYS  I always liked them and thought they had no chance and finish let alone come in third. My team Ron & Christina with the dad on tilt again. And yes those kangaroo outfits were great.
