Anyone going to make an extra effort to get out and see this flick in a theater, or just wait for pay per view like I usually do.

Looks entertaining, but just along the lines as Two For The Money, which is wait for DVD material only. my .02

Just saw the preview - if Kevin Spacey wasn't in it I'd probably wait for it on dvd, but I gotta give my favorite actor some love.

I agree, it defintiely looks like a blown up Hollywoodish Two For The Money.

Tonya, I agree.

Spacey is the only thing that might get me to the theater, otherwise DVD.

Although, just like in the movie "Fracture" which they sold the flick on Anthony Hopkins star powere who was barely in it, I'm suspicious that it might happen with this flick and K.Spacey.

i'm planning on going to see it on the big screen.....loved the book and and i'm pumped up about the movie....cant wait

Looks like a really good movie, but definatly waiting for DVD

what was the book called....?

looks pretty good, kinda sick of the trailor though, seen it a million times and its always the same

kevin spacey saying "dont call me dude" is pissing me off.

I will wait for someone to see it first.  I would like to see it in theater.  Is it me or do movies suck in last couple of years.  TH, Did you see KPac ?   Spacey was cool in that.

I will wait for someone to see it first. I was actually just thinking that also.

Monte - KPac was good, Spacey even better.

Speaking of his acting talents, I just watched American Beauty for the 100th time, probably his best work - what a great movie!

By the looks of it from the trailer, it looks really cheap.

this movie will be better than Two For The Money...

Yeah the book was bringing down the house by Ben mezrich (sp?), the A and e special was breaking vegas. This movie should be good the book was really good. Have been waiting for this movie cause i enjoyed the story. The way movies go now will probably be disapointed but will see it the first weekend and come back to review it for the forum! Probably will get shitty reviews but usually i disagree with the papers and experts anyway.

OK promised to come back after seeing it. For a movie with a bunch of no ones it was not bad, reminded me of a boiler room like movie, bunch of young actors no one knows but entertaining. The kid who plays the lead will probably end up to be a pretty good actor. Spacey is fine but kindof whatever.Book was much better but they had to Holly wood the story and did fine. I enjoyed it but like most current movies B at best.

Best thing i learned was Ugly Americans another Ben Mezrich book about hedge funds has been bought by Spacey's company to make a movie out of and probably has a much better movie storyline.

I saw it last night....it was OK

book was much better

overall I would give it a 7 out of 10

wait for DVD unless your a true degenerate and just want to see Vegas up on the big screen

looks like a rental

Just saw it. Hop, wait for rental.  I know the story and it doesn't follow the movie at all. They filmed it in current time so it would not be same as what really happened.  Forget what you know about story and it is o.k. at best.

Book is always better than the movie (except for The Godfather)
