Well obviously today’s offensive statistics are inflated with the pitch clock and absurd strike zones….so ya Ohtani and Vlad jr “career LCS series stats” are silly and irrelevant to me. You’re missing some very key ingredients here , and a pair of pitching killers at their best right now….and that’s Snell and Yamamoto
How about this, I see you list numerous Ohtani batting statistics… what about his pitching?? lol “getting to much hype”. Speaking of hype Springer is one of my favorite players and i was fortunate to meet the man twice in Houston. Trust me he’s a straight playoff slayer. Realistically though, you’ve listed Springer 5 times, and not a mention of Teoscar, Edman, and barely Mookie. Also L2thirst, one more reason I’m not “WRONG MAYBE” is this slick Sasaki closing! Sasaki playoffs 1.13 Era, .63 whip Best of luck dealing with that dude, Springer and Vladdy. This ain’t the Seattle Mariners pitching….
Recency bias always gets people excited…and that was a fun series. Keep in mind, Bluejays were a pitch or two away from golfing in Cancun as Seattle is now. The Dodgers have only lost one game in the last 15. Rack em up buddy. See ya at the cashier window.
Side note PS, hope you have a kick ass time and enjoy the World Series with your squad!!! Absolutely awesome run this year, and well deserved…
I will have to admit I’m a Maple Leafs hater from the knee high days as a child… The old man had me wearing Habs gear early on, and I’ve enjoyed watching the Leafs playoff failures over and over since May 2, 1967 with a lmao, lol….playoff record of 139-178 Silly Toronto sports fans . Ok LT2 maybe Stick to the street car, do not drive, lol. Labatts blue done gone to your head!
How about a gentleman’s bet, Springer doesn’t hit over .225 (his weight) this World Series and under 2 HR’s.
Oh and plesse trade Matthew’s to a US Team so he can get a cup.
