why do you think off shores get more action than vegas?Convience... do you really think the heavy hitters and people who call themselved professional gamblers would wager online rather than face to face. IN GENERAL square bettors choose online and the pros stay near vegas... im not saying there are not people that make a living off online books, but majority are square bettors.

1. Limits. The limits in Vegas are silly compared to offshore.
2. Line shopping. You can always get the best number offshore, not if you are stuck in traffic or at the buffet line.
3. Vig. Offshore you have 10 cent lines, even 1 cent lines. In vegas, you are paying 20 cents if you are lucky.
There is not one single advantage to a player of size to bet in Vegas. If you know of one, please tell me. Every advantage lies offshore, including about a dozen I am too tired to include right now.
The cash handle in Vegas cant even compare to offshore. I doubt all of Vegas combined even comes close to one single large offshore shop. And the reason is not squares, it is the opposite.

Go to Vegas and just try to bet 10K on an NCAAF side. Just try it. They will ask you if you are a guest of the hotel. They will watch you. If you win consistently, they wont take your action. And that is 10K!!! Now try to bet 10K on a NCAAB side. They will have you escorted out of the building.
