I have been making much $$$ betting Philly/Boston/Yankees last few weeks. High juice- but a whole lot of wins.

You know, if those powerhouse, big name teams could only play like powerhouses for six months solid, with no slumps, you'd really have something there.  Then again, if they could do that, you'd be layng between -300 and -400 all the time, so maybe you wouldn't have something there.

Take a look at Reyes' numbers in games following a bad outing.  Pretty surprising actually.

In outings after Reyes was pulled with fewer than 4 innings pitched
he has a 2.17 ERA and averages 7.25 IP.

    what do you think

I think that no athlete can dominate to this extent for very long and I think that baseball is a humbling game.  I'll be amazed if Cliff Lee throws another complete game shutout today or anything close to it.

If Doug Davis can shutdown the Yankees, then anything is possible for JoJo.  I like the fact that he has faced this team in the past and the Jays' lineup looks solid with Hill leading off, Juan in the 5 hole and Old McDonald in the nine spot.  And even if I could get 170 with the Jays at home, I still feel like I'm being robbed.  Should be like +220, IMO.

    Thanks for the write-up.

I'm going to wait to see if Escobar is in the lineup.  He has hit Lee well.

What about  Cards +135   Gigantes +120  Twins +118  Doyers +129  Tribe +164 and Royals+140  none of these stand out?  Play all 6 and you will come out with a nice profit in my Opinion

No.  This line closed +175 at the Las Vegas Hilton.  All indications were that the Tigers were going to roll.  I wonder if the pitchers on the Tigers staff are permitted to make eye contact with Justin Verlander, or if they have to bow their heads to him when they walk past each other?

It takes courage to do it, but I think that now is the time.  Now is the ideal time.  Either Jays, the over, or the Jays team total over.  Any of that should be worth a play.

Yeah, I fell for it with the SFG TT UNDER and the DET TT OVER. Couldn't have been more wrong but I think it was statistically the right play in the long term. Funny though when you have a TT bet that loses in the first inning, doesn't sting nearly as much

I was on Lee in his last 2 starts.............I'm going to ride him until he loses. While, I agree that he has been phenomenal ......... he doesn't NEED to be phenomenal to get the win. I just can't wait until Philly gets into that Toronto pen.
