Just like everybody else, I'm on the wrong end of far more bad beats than lucky wins.  The lucky wins are to be savored.  They really do feel more meaningful.  Pulling out that game today with the Mets was maybe the luckiest baseball win I've had this year.  It was certainly the most valuable.  That was a huge swing to go from a ho-hum Mariano shuts the door 2-1 loser to a lookee here 3-2 winner.

    MrB - quick question...

Has there been more of a productive (winning money) for you this year, then R.A. Dickey?

Seems like every time he pitches, you're on him.

I've been following you're RA Dickey mojo for a while now, but pussed out today.

Bator's a phenomenal capper, but I'm just stating facts. That is all.

And not that it matters, but I was on the Blue Jays as well.

    Gotcha.

I wasn't aware of his 5th inning bet as well, to go 1-1 in the Jays game.

I've bet on the Mets in each of R.A. Dickey's last three Citi Field starts.  He's allowed 1 run in each while averaging 7 innings.  The Mets beat the Braves, A's, and Yanks in those games.  I had full confidence in the guy today.  And props to Pedro "Bad" Beato who contributed two scoreless innings today.  I think he's still trying hard to make us forget about his disastrous outing at Wrigley on May 26th.

Has there been more of a productive (winning money) for you this year, then R.A. Dickey?

Seems like every time he pitches, you're on him.

I've been following you're RA Dickey mojo for a while now, but pussed out today.

You fucked yourself by accepting this wager. I would love to book your action. We all have some gamble to us, and no matter what anybody says we've all made the action-junkie parlay, but your payout isn't remotely close to what it should be. You should have been paid in the $375-380 range on that parlay to begin with.

I have to hand it to you -- you can really stir it up here on Covers.

You were right on with the Jays and the over, but you can't win money on yesterday's picks. So where are  you gonna take us today Mr. Bator?
