No, I haven't lost my mind. I just have one of those feelings, and I'm
only betting 1 unit so it's not like we're going nuts here. But a money line win
in this game could net a $100 player $450 if it hits.
I like those odds and I like my chances.
On paper you might not know which team is which and the only reason FSU
is favored by so many points is that they're FSU and they supposedly have the
best athletes in the country. How can Vegas do anything but list Florida State
as a double digit favorite?
Obviously, this is a lose/lose situation for the Seminoles, so what do
they have to play for? Seriously? If they win big, they were supposed to, and
the rest of the country will criticize the BCS for even letting Northern
Illinois into this game.
On the other hand, Florida State could possibly not take Northern Illinois
seriously, but that would be a huge mistake because the Huskies are the third
toughest team on FSU's schedule this year.
Both coaching staffs are in the midst of changes with FSU losing Mark
Stoops, DJ Elliot and Eddie Gran leaving FSU. NIU lost Dave Doeren to North
Carolina State but the rest of the staff is staying on to coach the bowl game.

The bottom line is this, both of these teams are in a bit of a mess, but
it will be much more of an entertaining game than people think. And yes Northern Illinois has a chance to pull off the upset.
Angle back...The Dunkel ratings have FSU favored by 1 point. It makes sense to put a half unit or so on N ILL ML, and back that up with double that amount on the spread at least +14. Or if you are looking for a team to parlay with this the Denver Nuggets are favored against the red-hot Clippers with their winning streak? Big public money betting day and the mighty Clippers are dogs? Smells fishy to me. Too easy to bet the Clippers. Those are the kind of teams that end up on with a lot of action on the casino parlay cards. No way Vegas wants the Clippers to cover.
Parlay would be N ILL +14 and Denver -1 if you like it.
This ML play could be similar to the situation where Moth hit with GTech on the ML, but with a much larger payout! Nice job Moth!

No, I didn't realize that! It's been awhile since I saw The Shining. Pretty scary movie. Never knew how much was based on actual events.

Wow looking great guys! Wish I caught the plays in time. I was only able to submit over GA/Neb 1h once I woke up. Hope everyone had a good new year!
This hit will be nice. I'll be doing an over chase for small the rest of the games Wisconsin over 1h. If it doesn't hit, double up 2h. Onto the FSU game.
My book doesn't let me have Nill ML so I took the points.
I have Sac under 196.5 gm 2, it looks like the line moved to 197. Lac under 207 is a play, but again, I haven't submitted yet since it's a later game and as per scoresandodds, if it's gonna move, it's gonna move up.
