POD # 1 - GUARDIANS UNDER 8.5 -115 - 12.5 UNITS
i like betting these early sunday games as they are sleepy
more often then not. Under is 7-3 in their last 10 meetings.
Under is 7-3 in last 10 guardian games and 3-1 in last 4
cardinal games. Liberatore after a rough stretch has allowed
2 runs in each of the least 2 games going at least 6+ in both
games. I believe he shuts guardians down today. Logan allen
is no great shakes but i believe he will pitch a solid 5+ today
handing it over to a rested Guardian pen. Cardinals pen is
rested as well which should be a comfort knowing when the
starters leave today we are in good hands. Ill say 4-3 final
and under 8.5 here
STRIDER 8+STRIKEOUTS +102 - 5 UNITS
Strider has at least 8 strikeouts in 3 games in a row.
Phillies have hit 35 for 202 against strider which is
a 173 avg and has struck out 82 times.
Suarez over 5.5 strikeouts +118 - 5 units
suarez has hit this 3 times in a row and braves
are hitting 233 against him in 180 abs with
44 strikeouts. He had 8 strikeouts in a game
earlier this season vs the braves.
POD - BRAVES UNDER 8.5 -112 - 15 UNITS
Suarez met up with strider earlier this season in a game
that finished 2-0 with Suarez winning. Strider wasn't
himself yet but still pitched well. Expect a better showing
from Strider today vs his favorite team to face holding
braves to 173 avg and 82 abs. Only Marsh has had decent
success against him with the rest of the phillies having
abysmal numbers against him. Suarez has a 1.02 era
on the road and already shutout braves this year. Braves
have hit 233 against him. Suarez under 8.5 is 7-0 last
7 games while Strider is 5-3 under 8.5 in 8 starts.
POD # 3 - ASTROS UNDER 8 -120 - 12.5 UNITS
After the first 2 games flew over i expect today to be more for the
pitchers. Valdez is 4-1 with a 2.04 era at home and is coming off
a masterful 7 inning 0 run showing vs the phillies. He has allowed
2 runs or less in 8 of 9 games and has allowed 1 run or less in 4 of
5 starts at home. Taillon has been hit or miss and has missed his last
2 starts but when hes on he has pitched strongly and i see him holding
the line today. Astros have hit 327 against him but it hasn't resulted
in many runs in his starts against them. Getaway day sunday will be
for the pitchers in houston.

Vientos looks like a 1 year wonder. Not sure he will recapture that form from last year. Baty has numbers but overall is not good. Mauricio has been meh. Catchers give them nothing.
Crazy thing is they can look across the diamond and pirates can solve all their issues. Cruz Keller and Ferguson for a bunch of prospects and I would put baty in there.
