For what its worth the last 10 years(20 pitchers) only 4 starters had 2 or  more SO. 2 of them pitched 2 innings. The other 2 Scherzer and Verlander.&#xA;GL

&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;History tells the story. These are the best pitchers in the game starting. If only 4(2 if they pitched 1 inning which is likely) of them of 20 posted 2 or more strikeouts that states that it is more unlikely than likely to happen unless you believe they are going 2 innings then it may be different.

@Lantz54&#xA;Tarik Skubal is expected to pitch  as the starting pitcher for the American League in the All-Star Game. In the All-Star Game, it&#x27;s common for starting pitchers to only pitch one or two innings to allow other pitchers to participate. &#xA; &#xA;Good luck
