Great run. Could you possibly share your process of capping? I.e. How you make your system / how you collect and compile the numbers. Fairly new to sports betting and interested in how to improve but don't know where to start.

Yeah, only after MLB is done I might open a late thread in NFL. I've been sort of lazy about it (busy really).
If one of you guys wants to open the thread up for me calling it w/e...something like "Herbshacks NFL Doggies" i'll hop on over and do the same sort of starting with $4k roll thing.

Honestly, just go back thru this thread and look for posts where I put up an official play and see what writeup I did.
I had some long winded stuff.
Mostly it comes down to:
*Discipline
*Think smarter not harder
*Don't shoot yourself in the foot *Ya can't put a bucket over a pig's head *[insert other non-sense adages]

Herbals, Clev is the last dog of the year 2016: CLEV (+117).
They were indeed my lean, but I was scared by the Cubbies momentum...plus Cleveland was the square public backed dog bet there. Books won $ on the World series favorite winning in that game I believe.

New York Mets -1.25* +124
vs Oakland Athletics
*Note: I developed an Asian handicap runline / puckline calculator in Excel. It tells you how much to put down on two wagers to create 1 single wager on either the -1RL, -0.75RL or the -1.25RL. During July, where Favorites are money on the blind historically, I like using this method or parlays. You can PM me for the calculator; I'll send anyone who asks for it the file I created. Very handy!
Light play or pass till we have some dogs going out of July.
Here's a trend to think about this month:
*Since 2008, Favorites have gone 2136-1424 SU (60.0%, +106.57 units, avg line: -147.3) in July's!
...and that's it; on the blind. I'll leave it at that. I have a ton of systems within that premise / pinwheel though for just July -- the heart of the regular MLB season.
