POD #2 - rangers under 7.5 -114 - 10 units

Leiter started hos season in solid fashion allowing 2 runs 5 hits with 8 strikeouts in 6 innings in a 5-2 win that went under 7.5. Burns shutout pirates for 5 innings of 0 run 2 hit ball with 7 strikeouts. Both teams lineups havent hit their stride yet so i expect these young starters to do their thing today in a tight low scoring game.

Got 7 strikeouts in his first outing and i believe he

will match that here. Will throw a couple of units

on 8 too.

Some Buccos have really good numbers vs Bassitt...hopefully today he figures out a way to keep those guys in check

 It isnt even that. It's that Bassitt has no control at this point. Walking

reynolds with 2 outs. Hitting cruz and got lucky it was double play.

Yes, Bassitt having a lot of problems.  Didn't know why the Orioles even went out and signed him plus he's been an awful road pitcher the past couple of seasons.  Going to be tough if he continues to throw balls all game.  Good luck with your play 

I sincerlely apologize for this orioles under. I knew going in Bassitt has

0 control and posted and played this any way. This wont ever happen again.

Pirates ML was the play here cause of that reason  I will post a 3rd pod

to make up for it. 

of course the Manager will leave him out there til he gives up 7 runs in the

inning.  It's all self inflicted. No hard contact outside of the hr and all 

just wild crap.

O'Hearn KILLS this guy.  Best angle would have been him getting injured with that comebacker and taken out.  Bassitt just doesn't seem to really care much.  He hit yet another guy just not feasible.

Weather hasn't changed in cleveland so i expect these 2 lefties

to have the upper hand here today.  Messick was superb in

handcuffing the Dodgers in 6 scoreless innings with 0 walks and

5 hits and 0 runs.  I expect his stuff will play well today. Imanaga

didn't fare well giving up 4 runs in 5.1 innings against the nats

but i suspect he does much better vs struggling clev lineup and

with both bullpens for the most part in good shape here i will

side with under 7.5 here.
