Could be.  Flaherty is 10-1 with a 2 ERA against Pittsburgh lifetime.  I'd take Detroit here in hopes the game goes under and you get to Pitt bullpen for the victory.  The tigers are also good at working counts which will need to happen in order to get Skenes out of the game.
